Updated Sonos to the new app, I see the music library but there doesn't seem to be a way to update the library. 

Every morning I have to Force Stop the Sonos mobile app in order to get it to connect to any of my Sonos services. It is always connected to my WiFi (v strong & reliable). Normally, the screen just says 'unable to connect'.

I almost exclusively use Spotify with/through Sonos.  Up until the latest Sonos update just over a week ago, I was able to start playing a playlist or song from Spotify through Sonos, then open up the Sonos menu and click “Start Radio.”  That would instantiate a Spotify radio station based on the song that was playing, which I then added to my Sonos favorites.  I also created several home automation routines through my HA Hub (Hubitat) so that I could kickoff any of those radio stations with voice commands to Alexa/Echo.  That was all working perfectly until the last Sonos update (v 80.07.03).  The Hubitat Sonos integration supports playing a Sonos favorite.Since the last Sonos update, I noticed my home automation voice commands weren’t working.  So, I then started using the Sonos app and found that playing Spotify Radio Stations has completely broken.  Whenever I attempt to play one of the aforementioned Sonos Favorites (Spotify radio stations), Sonos switches to the “Play”

“Accept” terms and conditions button won’t turn black. It is always grey so cannot work. This seems to have been a problem for over five years now with no fix. Just waiting an hour to hear back from customer support, who pointed me at a four-year-old thread to remove Sonos one and Sonos two apps, reboot your phone and start a fresh. Have repeated this a dozen times with no success. Next bit of advice from Sonos was to get an android phone instead of an iPhone. Customer support told me that my two-year-old iPhone on the latest iOS was “old”, and I should get an android to be able to use Sonos. How can this problem have been going on for five years with no fix, and no fix in sight? I have a fortune invested in Sonos one and have started investing in Sonos two which is now unavailable to me.

Hello Sonos Comunity,I really struggle to change the room / speaker that my music plays through. It looks so simple in the App - just select the room and Apply.  But it simply doesn’t work.  I get a message saying unable to connect and asking me to try again!  The speakers are definitely connected and will sometime still play the music that I’d played on them last rather than the music I want to play now. any ideas?  What am I doing wrong? thank you

This may have been asked before, sorry if it has and I know this is a first world problem. I am completely racked off with not being able to listen to either BBC radio 2 or Greatest Hits radio coventry and Warwickshire using google assistant. Can someone tell me how to play both of these using google assistant.   Thanks

So I have 2 beams gen 2s now I can’t see them on the application at all they link to the WiFi and work fine but I just don’t see them in the application to control the volume I can use the remotes but still would like to know why they aren’t showing up on the app any help would be great thanks 

HiMy SONOS app is on the home screen but when I hit the app it doesn’t respond.  Just a quick flash and back to home screen.Sonos app works fine on my MacBook and my wife's iphone app is fine too.Any advice would be appreciated? Thanks 

The Lofi Focus station on Sonos Radio HD stopped playing last week. I click on it to play and nothing. I tried using Sonos Voice too and the same result. All the other stations work. I reauthorized Sonos Radio HD and nothing changed. 

I’ve just discovered that my entire music library has disappeared from the Sonos apps downloaded on all my devices! I see that other users have the same problem and that it was meant to be fixed by august if not earlier and it’s now September! When is this going to get sorted? 

How can I access music library 

My CR200 remote has suddenly stopped working.  All the speakers work and can be controlled from my Android phone.  But the CR200 does not connect and nothing happens when I push the two buttons on the nearest speaker or nay speaker.  I’ve tried a factory rest and removing the battery.  Is this the death throw of the CR200?

In the Sonos app there is a settingAccount → Data & Privacy → Additional Data UsageOn that settings page there is a switch labeled “Usage Data Sharing”I want to opt out and disable (o--) this, but I cannot.It always automatically switches back to “enabled”  (--o).Being more verbose: I switch if off, leave the settings page (as there is no save or apply), go to the same settings again and what i switched off before is now back enabled.Very funny Sonos! Anyone else see this? P.S.: It is not possible to control this setting on the web either (btw: WHY Sonos, why cant I disable it globally for my account?!), instead the Web configuration page states it should be changed in the app (per device).

Updated sonos app and speakers.Sonos app shut down by S24+Uninstalled and re-installed Sonos.S24+ says app has a bug. Re-install when sonos fixes it. Sonos shut down.Any ideas please? And where do I post the question?????

Fairly new to the Sonos App, but I can't view any of the playlist tracks or 'All Access Playlist' tracks? While I realize that the 'free' version of Amazon Music is now on a shuffle basis, I can't even search for an artist or song, everything shows up as a station. Even when clicking on my playlists I can't view the songs in them. Just shows as a station for whatever playlist? Maybe I'm just missing something simple, but it seems like a disconnect between Sonos and Amazon. I can view all these things in the Amazon Music app, and play whatever I want from my All Access Playlist. If I try and play that playlist via Sonos, it just randomly picks a spot and plays songs from it. 

Through my Sonos system, Pandora now gets commercials on Sonos but my subscription is for Pandora Plus which I used to get through Sonos - and I no longer get access to my Sirius subscription. Any ideas on what I should do?

Have Sonos rectified the errors created by their last update that destroyed my ability to play music kept on my iMac using the Sonos system?

 I have Sonos Arc, the mini sub, and 2 Era 300s in a surround system. They are connected, sound great, however Trueplay no longer seems accessible. Do I have to disconnect and start over? Thanks

Another Saturday where I’ve wasted at least 15 minutes messing with music. At least most of my dinner guest understand that Sonos is no longer reliable.Why has no one been fired? This is worse than the government… breaks stuff and takes forever to fix it...

when I select a playlist, e.g. Yacht Rock, the app simply rolls through the various artists without stopping on any one artist rendering the playlist unplayable. Has anyone else had this experience? Did you find a solution?

I have a Music folder on my desktop that I am trying to add. This is on MAC OS.When I try to do this it says Sonos was unable to add the folder and access is denied?

Hate the update and so do all of my customers. Been a strong supporter of SONOS and push their product but the update is horrible. Customers hate how difficult it is to use. It’s also glitchy and isn’t as fluid as it use to be. It never knows what product it’s connected to and changes on its own. Not to mention the update also seems to have created an issue with devices AirPlaying to them. This was a step backwards. Needs to be resolved ASAP. Trying to watch football now and the audio keeps cutting out while apple tv is air playing to play 5. Never an issue before update. FIX IT!!!

Why can’t you control Sonos from more than control?
