Sonos, your software sucks. I have 20k worth of your products, you are the best speaker system company in the history of stereos, and you can’t get your software together. Please do better. I say this to all my friends and rental guests. I don’t think this makes them run out to buy your products. If there is a human reading this you can tell I am a very frustrated customer who feels burned after committing to your brand.

I'm really frustrated with the software issues. Despite my Investment in your products, the software isn't meeting expectations. I hope the support team can address these concerns to improve the user experience.

The software is fine.  My system has been solid for 12 years.  Vague comments like this are no use as information, and don’t allow any help to be given.

If you have specific problems, tell us what they are please.  Chances are that they are not software faults at all.
