Web App shows two Systems?

When I sign in to the Web App it shows I have two systems. I only have one. I sold a Sonos Roam months ago and I guess they haven’t registered it yet, so it still shows in my Account and I assume that is System 2. I believe it is causing problems with connecting regularly that I am experiencing.

I contacted Sonos twice to resolve this and they are inept. Is there anything I can do?
