Hi. I have 2 era 300’s set up as a stereo pair. One is connected line in to a Sony turntable so I can listen to vinyls. I want to be able to switch now and again to make them part of surround sound set up in same room. I want them as rear surrounds to a beam and Sub when watching movies. I understand there is no quick way to do this. (Which is frustrating) so I have to unpair the dress then set up as surround sounds via beam setting. My issue is, I cannot unpair the 2 erra 300’s. Just keeps saying unable to unpair check network. I’ve tried unplugging all devices, factory resetting the erras. Still can’t unpair them. Spent an hour on the phone to Sonos and still facing the issue. They’ve told me to unplug everything inc router, sky boxes etc. I can't do that everytime I want to switch from surrounds to stereo pair. Any advice is welcome. 

Hi Folks, there’s an unofficial Android TV app being developed, the developer (not me!) is asking for people to trial it before it’s released.The developer has been really responsive and communicative re. anything I’ve suggested so far, and the app is looking really promising. Sonos lists Hardware Version and (Software) Version in its System Info. Is there any quick place to find the highest (Software) Version that supports each Hardware Version? This would be useful for cases like my Connect models that seem stuck in the past but I can’t clearly figure out why based on existing S1/S2 documention.

I am using up to date sw om my system and app. I have Sonos Connect gen2 playing Tidal. Why do songs end abrupt just before real end? I do not find any setting about fading between songs. Anything I can do?I am using ethernet cable to the router. I have 1GE switches and 250Mbit WAN.

when using it Sonos One sounds 2 to 3 seconds delayed. How I make them sound synchronized? and/or together ?

This may (hopefully) be a very easy question, but how do you set up a synchronized multispeaker (2-4) wireless system?  We have a large, echoing training building that is 75x50x20’ and want to be able to play a single source synchronized across all speakers at the same time using bluetooth or wifi.

Hallo,ich habe eine Playbase +Sub. Meine Frage bezieht sich auf die Soundeinstellung. Höhen, Tiefen, alles eingestellt, gehen diese Einstellungen nach ein paar Tagen verloren. Gerät vom Strom nehmen und wieder anschließen, lassen sich diese Einstellungen wieder herstellen. Was ich getan habe, Apps neu installiert…..Problem besteht weiter hin…hat jemand eine Idee….Danke….

Hi. Getting an extension built and currently trying to plan all wiring etc so we don't need to retro fit anything. I want to set up a Sonos surround system in the living room section of the new living/dining/kitchen space. I have had a play3 for many years and plan to put this in the kitchen where it will only be used for music. For the living room I was thinking to get a beam, mini sub and 2x era 100 to put on the wall behind the sofa. The total room size is 9000mm x 7700mm. The living room section is 4800mm TV to wall where era100s would go, 4300mm wide. Sofa will sit around 1500 in front of the eras, 2500 back from the TV&beam. Will this work? Is there a better option? I was considering amp and ceiling speakers instead of eras but much more expensive and means I have an amp to find a home for. Anh and all opinions appreciated!

There’s a five year old thread (now closed) asking for this to be addressed and many comments agreeing and proposing potential fixes.I’d like to revive the converstion because it’s so much part of a good playback experience to be able to change what’s coming without stopping play in order to do so. Surely this is a necessary functionality for any music app!!

Have 1 Play 1 and want to pair with Arc on tv. Each time I attempt to pair through the app, the Arc volume goes mute and the pairing is not successful.   I’m not getting any error messages.

Hi everyone,I have an in-roof speaker system at home that has its own amplifier. I'm looking for ways to integrate it into my Sonos system without having to replace the existing amplifier. I want to be able to control all of my speakers from one app and enjoy seamless audio playback throughout my home. My speaker system has RCA and 3.5mm inputs available.Does anyone have experience integrating in-roof speakers with a Sonos system? What are the best approaches and what should I consider when making my decision? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have recently upgraded my home network and ISP with EE. All my devices have connected to the new router except the Sonos 1.It will work if I connect it with a cable, but drops off when trying to use wifi connection.When I use the app on my Android it tells me it cannot find any devices.Grateful for any advice.Kevin Fields

How many ERA 100 speakers do I need for the master bedroom? Is one enough, or do I need at least two??

My set up is:Samsung ue75nu7100Apple TV 4K 1 genHue Sync  I’m thinking about upgrading from playbar to arc but I was wondering if I would be able to get Dolby Atmos and what would be the correct connections to make this work.

I have an Bose Cinemate system connected to my tv. I want to connect a Port to this , not for tv sound but to add to my Sonos ecosystem when not watching tv. Will Port allow me to select these speakers and turn on through the app (much like adding or subtracting speakers now) to include with all other speakers and it I unselect, will the sound from tv play independently (not thru port)?  The Cinemate has an amp built in. It has RCA analog in/out as well as an optical in. There are two shelve speakers and subwoofer   

i’m so disappointed…my phone can connect just fine to my somnos system but soince updating my mac to macos 15.0.1sonos app can’t see my system i check in security settings, sonos app is allowed

Provocative question. Currently still running the 16.1 app on Android. Have a range of products from S1s through to Arc + pair  Era300s. System is mainly used for listening to music from NAS and surround sound for TV/movie watching. Some functionality is now greyed out in the 16.1 app, other than that I'm happy with the old app.Is the new app now safe to upgrade to? What would Sonos representatives present on this forum recommend? Is your new app now safe to use? Is it a better experience versus the old app?As an objective measure for when the Sonos executive team should start to receive bonuses again I'd suggest an 90%+ yes response rate to these questions would be a good yardstick. 

Have 2 Monitor Audio C265 speakers in the ceiling of the master bath with a wire run back to our AV closet where the plan is to connect them to a Sonos Amp.  In the master bedroom the plan is to have a 77” LG G4 OLED TV with a Beam Gen 2 speaker underneath. I do have 2 cat 6 cables run from the TV location to the AV closet but big hassle to run anything new. So questions: Assuming I use the Arc HDMI to connect the TV to the Beam? How do I get the bathroom speakers to play whatever the TV is playing and without any sound delay? My previous AV guy said there was a way to use the cat 6 to get the signal from the TV to the Sonos Amp? or is there another way?Thanks.

Hi everyone,  I recently purchased a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo (Nogal) turntable, and I currently have a Sonos Beam (Gen 2) sound system. I have a couple of questions regarding connectivity: From my understanding, I can't wirelessly connect the Pro-Ject Debut turntable directly to the Sonos Beam 2. Is that correct? I’m considering purchasing the Sonos Era 300 speaker to pair with the turntable. Would this be a good option? Is there any additional equipment needed to ensure the turntable works properly with it? If I add the Era 300 to my Sonos network, would the sound from the turntable play through the Beam 2 as well, or just the Era 300? Thanks in advance for your help!  

I have a MacBook Air M2 2022I want to purchase 2x Move 2 & 1x line-in adaptedI want to connect both Move 2 as a stereo pair and connect to MBA using line-in adapter.Is this possible?
