I recently have encountered an issue that music constantly would be paused out of nowhere OR my five sonos s1 gen2 would go silent whilst the app stills shows music playing. 

 

Furthermore, I couldnt play music with my five speakers at the same time, it would go silent 4 or 5 times during one song. By the way, I use apple music.

 

I have checked my WIFI connection, rebooted everything and updated softwares to date.

So apparently it’s not about an internet issue. 

 

Does anyone have the same experience like me? 

It could be issues with wifi interference, or even duplicate IP addresses.  Have you submitted a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and called Sonos Support to discuss it?

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
