I’ve installed the Sonos app on my wife’s iPhone logging in my my login and password. The system and both of our phones are all on the same network - lets call it ABCD. Everything is working fine between my iPhone and the Sonos system.
When I open the app on my wife’s phone, it says “Not Connected No products found for more information go to System Settings”.
When I go to System Settings, it says your system not found on ABCD and invites me to Update network or Set up a new system. If I go to Update network, it seems to want to update the network settings for the products which are already connected to the system via my phone.
Something seems to be wrong here! Can someone help me please?
