Hi, all.I am torn between the Arc and Beam Gen 2.I have a high vaulted ceiling. I understand the Arc has two upward firing drivers that may not be suitable to create the atmos effect. Was wondering will Beam Gen 2 be a better choice as it does not have upward firing drivers?
Hi everyone, I received my Sonos Roam yesterday and I am quite concerned by the battery drain on standby mode.My roam is losing about 10% every hour on standby, which brings us to 10hours but I was expecting 10 hours in playing mode.Should I be concerned by those stats are it was the expected consumption?Thank you !
The previous responses were over a year ago. Any chance this feature has been added
My SONOS ARC won’t switch back to TV after playing music via Spotify. Given the amount of other people experiencing this problem it looks like a bug in one of your recent software release. Could you test the relevant Use Cases in your test lab and let me know the fix please. The ARC is currently not useable for primary task and I don’t won’t to have to return it to John Lewis as unusable, for what is probably a small software fix. Thank you.
I’m pretty set on my home theatre setup for my living room, but I’m looking to have a full main floor setup for music listening. I’m not really familiar with sonos like could I connect my home theatre setup with separate sonos speakers for the sub and music listening. Here is a layout of what I was thinking. I’m open to suggesting for the dining room/kitchen. The area is not huge and budget is unlimited. Ideally I’d be playing music through an alexa or something like that. Thanks
I have a Sonos Playbar with 2 Sonos Ones for surround sound. I recently bought a new “Siri Remote” made by Apple, which includes a mute button. I have successfully paired the new Apple TV “Siri Remote” to control the volume on my Sonos (up/down), but the Sonos fails to recognize the mute command. The previous thread on this subject was inconclusive and unhelpful, and Sonos bizarrely closed the thread without any answer or resolution… How can I make my Sonos Playbar recognize the mute command from my Apple TV remote?
Hiya. I currently have a older connect amp (white one) and was wondering if I got the latest black one with 125 amps. Would it play louder. It’s hooked up to a pair of Celestion Ditton 25 speakers. Plus when using an old I pod with line in the volume is crap even with everything on max. I’m not too good with Tech so simple replies please. Help please.
I feel the need for separate volume controls for the sub for music and for tv. I have a nice level for tv but when I play music the bass drops away. Why is this ?
Hello, I know Sonos beam does not have bluetooth. I would like to know if it is possible to connect directly (wireless) a Sonos Beam via Airplay using Netflix, Prime or Flex in order to have the sound from the Sonos Beam speaker ? Best,
HiPlease review diagnostic 900291281. I’d like to know if the Beam Gen2 is operating within expected temperature range. Unit has been playing for approximately 6 hours. Thanks!

Hi,Started running into this issue about 3 months after purchasing the Sonos Arc. It randomly disconnects and I need to turn off and on the TV for it to reconnect. This is very frustrating. Please help or I would like to return the items purchased.

I am about to move from Australia with a number of SONOS speakers and want to know where I can purchase EU power plugs rather than having to get a whole bunch of adaptors for my speakers.
We are trying to create a stereo system for our home that allows us to use a CD player for our collection of CDs, as well as lets us use our SiriusXM component. What would you recommend?
I would like to get a in wall subwoofer possibly from sonos if they have one i want to connected to the amp. I currently using one amp for two passive in ceiling speakers. I would like to know if sonos have an in wall subwoofer or bass, and if t you guys dont what would you recommend, when it comes to size and power. I
I recently moved into a house with in ceiling speakers. It came with a Control4 system that’s too out of date. So to still take advantage of them (and utilize my current Sonos network) I got a Connect:Amp (get 2) from eBay. I’d like to set up the Front L+R and the Rear L+R through the Amp and have my Playbar serve as the center to give me somewhat of a surround set up. I’m sorry if this doesn’t make much/enough sense but how many Ethernet connections do I need to make this set up work? There is currently one cord going through the wall (about 10-15ft away) from where the TV is to the little AV room. Is that enough or do I need another one (one from the PlayBar to the Amp and another from the PlayBar to the hardwired modem)? I’m really hoping I don’t need to find a way to string another cable through the wall (if I do, any tips on how to do so?). It works for playing music through the S2 app, I just can’t get the whole surround set up.Also, can I connect multiple speaker wires into the
Hello,I can not add Tidal as Service to my Sonos. It simply is not there as option when I search for it, while other similar services as Deezer are there. What I am missing?
In Australia, The Macquarie network radio stations have developed their own digital radio app’s and have deleted access from Sonos radio and all other radio apps, They want you to use their own APPS to here the stations, so how can I add these stations to the Sonos APP so I can play through our speakers
Have my ARC and sub setting for few months now. I like the sound stage so far especially the bass is solid from Netflix movies too. Just like to know so far from research, One SL is the only speaker available for Sonos ARC ? It there other choice availability.
I have a Sonos Beam and Sonos arc. Both sound bars will intermittently drop audio when connected to an LG CX Oled TV via HDMI/eARC. When I plug in via the optical to HDMI adapter the drops go away (but I lose Atmos and the ability to control the soundbar with the TV remote). It seems to me that the problem lies either with Sonos’ or LG’s implementation of the e-arc/arc protocol. This is incredibly frustrating. I just want my new TV and new soundbar to play nice.
Hi everyone, I would like to enter Sonos world by taking a Connect/Port and connect to my existing Yamaha 3.1 system (receiver soundbar and subwoofer yht-s400). Moreover I also have a turntable to connect to.The question is: if I also add 2 sonos one, can I combine all together to obtain a 5.1 system, Connect/Port to 3.1 system plus surround speakers sonos one? I obviously would like to use them all in one room. Could the configuration work or could the signal have delay between sonos speaker and the existing old ones? And to add also TV do I need a sonos amp to have hdmi in? Thank You very much for the help…
can i use a play3 instead of a sub to create a surround 5.1 together with one beam and two ones
