Sonos!  Please fix.  This is not like you.  Can I return my arc?

And it does seem odd that it works with other Samsung devices without issue, almost like Samsung did something wrong with the electronics of the Frame….which might be hard for Sonos to fix.

That’s not Samsung’s fault or problem, even if true.

The onus is on Sonos to fix it.  And if there is no fix, they should warn consumers that the issue is with the sound bar, that it will not work with the Frame, and that they should return the product and get an alternative.  What they shouldn’t do is blame the tv manufacturer, keep your money, and stuck consumers with a product that does not work with their tv.
