Hi all , twice now I've had jittery audio sound from my beam 2 lasts about 5 seconds , only when playing TV programs that have been downloaded on my sky HD box , rewind a bit and there's no jittering ! Watched TV all day yesterday with beam on and not an issue , connected via HDMI , I can't even pinpoint when it will do it , just randomly but weird how the 2 times it's been when watching a recorded show on sky box ?
Hello all. I recently upgraded my Playbase for the Arc.I also subscribed to Amazon Music unlimited and was looking forward to hearing HD and Atmos music on my system (Arc +Sub + 2 Play 1s). Using Sonos2 app I am informed that the song on Amazon I am streaming is Atmos. However when I look at About my System/Sonos System Info during play that there is not an Audio in showing on the Arc.My question is if the app shows Amazon Atmos is playing should the Arc also show that Atmos is being recieved and playing? When my TV passes through Atmos the Arc tells me that is what it is playing (Atmos,5.1.2.1 etc) so I am confident that all is ok.The Arc does not tell me what it is playing from Amazon music,Should it say in About my System “Audio in : Dolby Atmos” (or something similar) or is my configuration not set up correctly for Amazon Music Atmos and HDThanks
My HP Pavillion Laptop will not play audio through the HDMI cable to the LG OLED TV since we connected the Sonos beam to HDMI ARC. Video is unaffected. Audio will play very briefly and stop. We used to use a different sound bar that worked perfectly well but it was connected through HDMI and optical. Can anyone help? Thanks!
Hi I’m wanting to find out what speakers I can use to get a true 5.1 surround. I have a beam and 2 one SLs currently linked together. Can I add more speakers to this chain to get a Effect. I know you can get the sub but didn’t want the extra bass for night time viewing.
If I claim upgrade discount, will my legacy SONOS products be inactive ?
As a user I want to view the current tracks bitrate and codec in real-time so that I can fully understand the different quality my Sonos system is playing.
Hi all. I have purchased the Sonos Arc and Sub, and now I bought the Sonos IKEA Symfonisk Picture Frame. However, aesthetically I don't think I want two Symfonisks, but rather would like to use one Symfonisk and one Sonos One SL for surround speakers. Is this possible? And if yes, is it recommended? Or would it be preferable to use two of the same speakers for surround sound?
HiAfter the recent update I have tried to play Atmos music on my Arc. Searching for ‘Dolby Atmos’ on Amazon music via the sonos app on my iphone I get no results. If I do the same on the Amazon Music app I get a playlist ‘Best of Dolby Atmos’. Even if i specifically search via the Sonos app for a playlist ‘Best of Dolby Atmos’ i get no results. Can anyone help please?
Hello all,I’m probably over looking something but I could use some help. I’m trying to get the line-in (touch tunes jukebox) to turn off after the song ends automatically and switch back to the original music source “apple music”The way it’s working currently is, apple music will play as usual. Then if I go to my touch tunes jukebox to play a song, the song will turn on (in the s1 app, it changes to Receiver:Room 1) (source level is set to 1 - I was having trouble getting it to switch to line in at level 2 (A/V))The problem is after the song from the jukebox stops playing it never switches back, instead it stays set to the Line-In(Receiver:Room1) unless I manually switch source back to apple music.I’m trying to figure out what’s going on. My initial thoughts are either, the system thinks the song is still playing because the source level threshold is set low. Or it’s dropping the apple music connection and isn’t able to switch back. Thanks in advanced for the help! SettingsLine-InSource
This BUG is still present, more than a year after being reported on this forum for the first time.Issue, cause and workaround have been documented in: The problem and workaround were acknowledge by a Sonos rep more than 6 months ago. But the problem persists.Would it be possible for Sonos to actually fix the bug in the next update?
I have an Ethernet wired amp, two Sonos One SLs and a Sonos Sub. The One’s and Sub are connected to my network via WiFi.When I set everything up, I watched the ones and subs go online on my wifi network but now my router hasn’t seen those One’s or Subs in months… but everything is working great.I would love an explanation of how the subs & ones work. Do they just proxy their requests via Sonosnet through my wired amp? It’s perplexing to me that they are no longer on my network at all but still functioning well.
Hi.I’m blind and using screen reader talkback on my android phone. Earlier Sonos has worked perfect with talkback and I have used it for many years now. Since version 13.4 Talkback no longer reads my sonos tab. When I activate my sonos tab and try to move between the controls I get “can’t connect to sonos” message. No matter what i Do. If I switch to library, system or search it works perfect and I can listen to music, radio and podcast without any problem. If I turn off talkback and let a sighted person use my sonos tab it works perfect. But with talkback on it only says can’t connect to sonos on that tab. I tried another little older android phone and the same appears on that one too after updating Sonos app to 13.4 and 13.4.1.I hope that can be fixed soon.Best regards Tony
I have an AMP connected to a zone (dining room) and a PORT connected to my DENON AVR-X3700H receiver that I use on the optical CD input. When I use my 2 zones simultaneously (PORT with DENON AVR + AMP), the sound of the DENON comes out a few milliseconds later. I had a KENWOOD amp until a few days ago and I never had this problem. Has anyone had this problem? Can I adjust this parameter in SONOS? I don't see how to do it in DENON

I have a Sony Bravia Tv. A PS4 and a Sonos beam (and surround).the moment I switch to playing the PS4, no sound comes from my tv. The same things happens with my bell receiver. Any suggestions? What is the proper sound set up for it to work?
I have a Sonos Amp and I’m running S2. Right now I have two sets of wired speakers attached to the amp, but I cannot control them separately. What’s the least expensive way to do that? If I have to by another amp just for one set of the speakers, can I buy a used one and see them in the same app

I have a Sonos arc connected to a LG c1 TV . All good. I'm trying to play Amazon Atmos music on my Sonos arc from the amazon music app. When I use the app and cast Atmos tagged music it reverts back to hd . It's only when using Amazon music through the Sonos app that it appears to be playing Atmos music , but the Sonos app is poor compared to Amazon music as it doesn't tag Atmos music very well. Why doesn't it play atmos music on the arc through the Amazon app (when in its marked to do so ) I'm using android . What am I doing wrong
Hi everyone,im in the process of doing a family room remodel and want to take the opportunity to have a better HT setup. Some background: I am not an audiophile (appolgies ) I have little kids Something that is simple that works through the TV is my preferable approach (utopia of 1 remote). I really don’t want to have an amp or somehting I need to switch on and play with to watch tvI intend to get a Samsung Frame TV with a Sonos Arc.This was really all I wanted todo, however I have an open concept living area, the family room and kitchen are one large space. There is no wall between the rooms, the couch is the separator.Im concerned about noise from the kitchen impacting the ability to watch tv. I thought maybe having some speakers in the ceiling above the couch may help with the noise transfer and make watching tv more enjoyable and help cancel out some of the noise coming from the kitchen.I see sonos have ceiling mount speakers. Am I able to wire these in and have them work with the
My Connect:Amp was no longer connecting to the app. So, after proceeding through several troubleshooting steps, Sonos guided me to perform a factory reset on the device. When I did, the Connect:Amp came back up flashing the white LED and then went to flashing red Play/Pause. Note that on the Connect:Amp, there is both an LED and a Play/Pause that flash. They are separate lights.
Hi I have read topics on this already but I just wanted to check something. whenever I open my Sonos app (which is quite often) my Sonos roam powers on.
