Randomly my arc have a loud quick digital static noise

How loud is it and are you able to easily reproduce the issue?
Have you perhaps tried powering off all your devices (Arc/Surrounds/TV etc.) for 3 minutes to drain the power from their circuits and maybe also re-seat the HDMI cables to see if that might fix the issue?
