I've contacted Sonos 3 times. Each one has said it will work. I want to send it out to the community, and hopefully get the same response. If I get the arc, a pair of one sl's. There is my surround sound, correct? But here is the what has to work. If I buy the amp, I can pair it with both the arc and one sl's. Which should make the RCA out live.. correct? I must use my own subs. It's not about how much the house can shake. But how the sound waves and depth, are beyond what any soundbar company currently makes. Thanks for reading.
No encuentro la opción Trueplay en la App. Settings / System/..…Tengo un Android Samsung A71Sonos play1 un par configuradas en estéreo. La versión de mi App es S2
Getting more and more frustrating to play Sonos via Windows..Error 1101, ‘unable to play music’, empty library ...Reading thru Tips and tricks I see often“Reboot each Sonos product in your home by unplugging the power cable, waiting 10 seconds, then plugging it back in. Once you have rebooted all of your Sonos products, check to make sure they all show up in your Sonos app, then attempt the update again “really ? They don’t show up when re-plugged in, I have to re-add them one by one,.. 6 speakers + beam + Sub.. What a pain..
Hello everyone.I’m desesperate. I have a switch CORE ms250 (support multicast (IGMP and multicast routing).SONOS device is on VLAN 13I have different devices on VLAN 14, for this example I have mi laptop with SONOS app and wired connected on one port of the MS250 on VLAN 14. I have enable multicast routing on SVI 13 and SVI 14, and setup the RP (I tested many configuration about the RP, sometimes for VLAN 13 or VLAN 14 but doesn’t work).Unfortunely my SONOS app on VLAN 14 doesn’t detect the SONOS device on vlan13 with all features that Meraki recommends.I have call Meraki TAC and I don’t have any answer about this behavior. Is there anybody that can HELP ME to know the correct configuration to enable communication between SONOS and my device from different VLANS?
It has been set up and working since last October. The original setup using the Sonos App worked on the first try. I have a Fire TV connected in another HDMI port. I was working with the Fire TV remote to clear memory on the Fire TV. I lost the connection between the Sonos Beam and the TV after that. No matter what I tried the Beam wouldn’t reconnect with the TV. Thanks to every who listed here. After hours of trying, I did a search and found community. I took the advise of one of replies and unplugged my TV and the Sonos Beam. After I plugged everything back in, the Sonos App worked and connected the Beam to the LG TV via the HDMI ARC port. I am about to upgrade to the Gen 2 Beam. I hope I don’t have the same problem.
I just bought a Sonos Arc and I’m beginning to realize it’s not well suited to high end installations. I have the Arc installed under my 85” Samsung Frame TV with the Frame’s One Connect box about 12 feet away. The challenge this creates is that the included HDMI cable is only long enough for low-end direct proximity installations. I’ve tested several 15 foot ARC-compatible HDMI cables, each resulting in the inability for the Sonos app to recognize the connection (the Arc worked when brought the One Connect Box closer and used the provided HDMI cable). Has anyone had any luck bypassing this issue? Any HDMI cable recommendations that have worked? Want to give this a fair shot before I return it and upgrade to the Bose 900 which in my testing doesn’t seem to be as finicky about HDMI length. TV Setup Error Message
I’m thinking of buying the Sonos One Gen 2 and Sonos One SL and pairing them up. I currently have the Asus RT-AX58U router. I would like to know if the issues with Sonos speakers and Asus routers have been resolved?
I have a exsiting Nuvo Grand Concerto system with 8 zones and each zone has a key pad controller. Thought the Sonos amp had an RCA out on the unit, but I was wrong. Looks like the Sonos Port is waht I need, but thought I would reach out and see if there as a way to connect the Amp to the Nuvo system that I am not seeing possible.
Hi team hope you can help I have a Samsung TV and sky+ hd , I use it to watch standard BBC / itv / Ch 4 and Ch 5 and sky channels Using the TV speakers everything is fine , no audio issues at all The day I got the beam , connected via arc after an hour I got audio stutter / jitter whatever it's called , went ok for a week then same happened again ! It's been like that for about 2 months .Diagnostic numbers don't show any issue apparently I've reset the TV , reset and restarted the beam & surrounds , restarted the sky box , 2 days later same issue .I'm now trying the optical adapter ( old Yamaha bar was connected via optical and was always fine ) so I'm seeing how this goes , been 2 days and fingers crossed lol If the beam is ok on optical but has issues on arc could it still be a beam issue ? The way the beam handles the arc signal ? I know that it points to a TV arc issue but just wondered .A guy on the Samsung community had the same issue as me with his Samsung TV and Samsung sou

Hi!Is there the possibility to use a Sonos speaker connected via Bluethoot to the smartphone, in order to listen music even if in the house you do not have WiFi/Internet avaliable? For instance, I could use my smartphone connected to the speaker in order to listen either music stored in the smartphone itself or in streaming. Is that possibility vailable somehow?thanks!
The split the system idea to S1 & S2 is straight garbage. I have over 15 sonos speakers in my home and Im supposed to start over again because Sonos wants to play games with the controller? Now Im an angry customer whose taking a new play 5 back to the store. Way to lose sales sonos …….brilliant idea to make new equipment that isnt compatible, if I wanted that, I wouldve bought a different and a cheaper brand of speaker. I guess i get an old play 5 off ebay. Because new speakers wont work with the previous models.
I just received my One SLs that I ordered from Amazon and I noticed the box says “Shadow Edition”. Any ideas on what this Shadow Edition is and how it may differ form a “normal” edition? Thanks.
Some way or another I got my Roam connected to my TV Speakers. How do I separate them? I have TV Speakers + Roam. I don’t want the roam in here.
I previously used a Connect and an old Pioneer 100Wx2 receiver in one of my rooms. I decided to upgrade to the AMP and sadly, even though the AMP is more powerful I cannot get the same sound out of the amp. I would love to be able to boost frequencies to my liking, but the included EQ is too basic.I would hate to have to go back to the old connect and receiver. Please consider this my vote for a multi-band EQ in software.
Hi Every one.I am not a sound expert. I have been watching movies like 6 underground on Netflix and my Sonos app was showing that it is ATMOS. since few days now, the same movie is now showing “Dolby multichannel PCM 5.1My Setting: ARC + SUB (gen3) + 2 one SL. With Samsung QA75Q60A to get ATMOS working I remembered I set eARC to auto. but now with the same setting ATMOS is lostIs Dolby Multichannel PCM 5.1 better than atmos?what can i do to get ATMOS back?
Hi all!I have researched, and researched without finding any true direction over the past few months. I have a 65 inch TV, and I am looking to get a sound bar, but not sure if the Arc is better than the Beam. I am also looking to set up surround sound, and a subwoofer would be great too. It’s obvious to me the Beam is going to be less pricey, so wondering if I should go that direction despite the size of my TV. I’m new to Sonos, so curious about a couple of things, like how many speakers could I pair with my sound bar? For example, would I be able to pear speakers throughout my apartment to it? Also, what does it look like when changing the volume on a Sonos sound bar? I haven’t had much luck seeing it in use on YouTube, just setup videos. Any help is appreciated here, I’m fairly new to this, but excited to (hopefully) one day watch my TV and listen to music in style. Thanks!
Can you pair a Sonos Playbase to a iPhone using BlueTooth?

Hi, I have a philips 10bdl4551t with Android 8.1 that I would like to install the Sonons App S2 on to control the sonos speakers in the office. But the philips 10bdl4551t is a pro screen and don´t have a playstore, I have manually downloaded akp, but it fails to install. Is there an official APK to install?
Hello all! I have a Beam (gen 1) that is connected via ARC to my Samsung TV. The default TV settings were PCM but I saw that there were Bitstream. I decided to try that but now the sound feels a bit quieter and more hollow. I then selected DTS Neo 2:5 and its hollow but I feel like it has more surround sound to it. Should I revert back to PCM? Whats the best? Thanks!Setting pictureshttps://ibb.co/jy8MGsxhttps://ibb.co/XjFBBmZ
Building a new home. We’re going to have a TV outside under a covered patio. I will most likely use a Beam w/ the TV. My goal is to have a pair of speakers paired with the Beam to use as surrounds and mostly to be used as music for the back patio and pool area.I really don’t wanna buy the sonos amp (go passive). So what are my options? One SLs (which will need power and a wall bracket; are those OK to be outside if under cover? Can (2) moves be paired with the Beam to act as surrounds or are they only for music? I figured the (2) Moves would serve as the best flexibility and they’re water resistant, but do they work with the TV?
