Hi, I live in Hong Kong, and I have an active subscription with NetEase Cloud music 网易云音乐, and Youtube Music. I have tried to set my profile location to China, to eventually add that music service to my account. But then now I could not use Youtube music. I have to pick either Youtube music or NetEase Cloud music. But I use both. Any workaround other than keep switching my profile location? This might be a request to the Sonos Team. Is it possible to allow NetEase Cloud music in Hong Kong? Or the other way around Youtube music in China?  

I had a sonos beam and one sonos one speaker.I added a sonos one to have a home theatre system, followed the instructions to set up surround sound and it all worked.I then did the true play and all worked.now when I am trying to listen to the tv as a home theatre I have no sound from the 2 one speakers and sound only comes through the beam.if I play the radio via Alexa sound comes through all 3 speakers.probably something simple but would appreciate some help.TV is a Panasonic connection via HDMI. 

I have connected my Sonos Beam gen 2 to my LG tv via the HDMI eArc input, However even though the broadcasts from Apple TV are carry the Dolby Atmos signal my sound bar is only playing them in stereo. When I unplug the sound bar the TV will play the sound in Dolby Atmos. When I reconnect the sound bar the sound is only in stereo. The tv is an LGOLED55C14LB

I bought myself a new Panasonic TV (TX-55JZ1500B) and a new home theatre system (Arc, 2 x Play 1 SL and Sub) and thought it would be helpful to add my experience. Arc connected to TV eArc.The initial set-up want flawlessly, connected it all up and it worked just fine. Then a little while ago I noticed that the sound would cutout for about 10 seconds and then return. Initially I suspected an interruption to the TV signal (sound only, not picture). However, this has happened 5 or 6 times now. I’ve not investigated because it’s not been a significant problem.Then a few days ago, after switching th TV on, the TV remove wouldn’t control the volume any more (the sound level didn’t change), though the screen said that it was reducing the volume, and the sound was coming out of the Sonos speakers.Everything seemed fine with the connections so I did the old power off and on again, no difference. Wow seems to be a common thread here with these Sonos Ones…shame product was not built well to start great music average experience... Report submitted number is: 451659277I have fixed the IP address for both Sonos products...I still need to reset my One each day…I have had this issue with two different routers and wifi setups...there is something defective about the wifi in these devices… Please come back with report analysis so I may update whatever needs to happen for this delicate little flower to work on wifi...

why we don’t have access to all features including Trueplay with Android, and when you think we will have access to them???

I have an old HK receiver I used for a  theater back in the day. Converted the entire house to Sonos now. I wanted to to set it up in garage and connect the port to it,to run some additional outdoor speakers in the backyard around the pool. I have the Sonos amp connected to my ceiling speakers outside which produce great sound but the back of the yard  not so much. I would prefer buying the port vs another amp to save some dollars. Looking for some suggestions if I should try and use the port or make it simple and just by another Sonos amp. I know the newer receivers have more options for the Port but this is just for 2- 6” landscape speakers so buying a new amp or receiver seems like overkill. Any suggestions welcomed.. 

I have 2 Play Ones (older, non smart) and a Playbar in our living room. We also have a Move on the patio. I would love to add a turntable to our lives and get back to purchasing records but I am very unsure on how to go about this. It seems like it’s more complicated than I had hoped.Does anyone have a relatively simple solution?Thanks.

I just did a reboot of all my speakers and an update to get things going.. but now I find that my ‘Family Room’ Group of speaker that Iv’e set up, 2 Play 3’s and a sub gen 2 wont allow the Playbar to join the group. 

I have ordered a Sonos Amp to use with stereo speakers that are rated for 150W at 6ohm.  The Amp is 187w at 6ohm.  Can I still use it with these speakers?

Hello.After last update. I have had issues with the sonos app for Android samsung S20. When I press sub-sound, the whole app shuts down. i have tried uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it did not help.Sonos amp

Hi! There have been some questions about this before but I have to ask ones more. I have an LG tv (65uf772v-zw) set up with Beam, sub and two ikea symfonisk. My tv is to old for having the Disney + app and I'm thinking of buying the new Chromecast with google tv. But... does anyone here att this forum know if I will get 5.1 with Disney +? If I read about my tv it have DD and dts decoder. Best regards/Calle

I’m wondering if it’s possible to stream Hi-Res music from the Tidal or Qoboz app to the Chromecast app in my Sony TV, to which is attached a Sonos Playbar, and hear the music in higher quality than if I used my Sonos S1 app to stream the music through Sonos to my Playbar.  Everything I’ve read on the Sonos website and in user forums is very confusing on this point, and I’d appreciate any advice.  Thanks!  

Hi, can anyone clarify whether my old Sonos Play:1s are compatible with the latest Beam (Gen 2), to create effective TV surround sound? TV is an LG 43UP81006LA. What would be the limitations of such a set up? Thanks.

I cant find my favourite radio stations. Why are you getting rid of the radio stations. So annoying. Time to move to another speaker. 

I was thinking about getting the Roam for two things both of which I only do occasionally: listen to music in the backyard, and watch a movie that is worth having surround sound for. But I’ve just found out the second use is not possible.I’ve read other posts about technical issues, things like “re-tuning the Trueplay” but since I’m Android, that’s a feature of my Arc I can’t use anyway. In response to a request for this on the Move someone said voice assistants would have to be disabled and re-activated every time - why not a temporary disable when put into surround mode? Got to be do-able surely?My problem is I’ve got no good place for a permanent rear speaker, so a portable speaker is the ideal solution: why can’t I have the option of using the Roam - even if there are some limitations? Add this feature and I’m getting one ASAP.

Hi,I am interested in jumping into the Sonos eco-system with the purchase of a Beam 2 to enhance my home theater experience. I have a 5.1 set up with my surrounds being two Ones. When I play music through an app like Spotify are the surrounds playing in stereo mode?  I'm assuming the best setting for this would be Full for the surround speakers?

I play 4K movies off a hard drive plugged into my Philips 65PUS6754/12 TV. I have sent up the surround system using an arc, a sub and two ones. Playing certain files off the hard drive there are sync issues that are not there when I just use the TV speakers. I know I can adjust the audio delay in the settings on the app but am struggling to get it 100% matched up. Is there any settings I can change or any tips to help get it perfectly in sync, thanks.
