Hello, i just buyed a sonos move, i read that the battery might be changed after 3 years..on the sonos web site the battery kit is out of stock. Does anyone knows if they’re still producing that one or it just ended here?? otherwise i will just give it back :(

After I retune my Sonos system, I notice less bass. I checked my EQ and I set it up like I have them before and I still hear less bass. I don't know if the last updated has something to do with it. Cuz I got a notification on my  S2 App telling me to retune my Sonos system. reason Cuz, it reset it with the updated. does anybody have the same problem?

Hi, I am hoping someone can help.We have recently purchased the Sonos Ray sound bar and we have only just realised that the optical on our television doesn't work.  We have a spare HDMI port on our television,  is there any other way of connecting the sound bar to my television without using the optical port? Our TV is a smart TV with WiFi if that makes any difference.  Thank you. 

Hello, I recently bought a Ray bar and I’m using it mainly to listen to music.  During summer nights, we set up in our garden a projector to watch old movies. I plug an Apple TV 4k to it and until now I used an old set of wired speakers for the sound.  Can I replace the speakers with the Ray? Will I be able to use Airplay for the movie sound? The only HDMI port is used to connect the AppleTV to the projector.  Thanks for the assistance!! 

I know the shelf is technically not a Sonos product, but there is no one to contact at Ikea.   Basically, the Wireless charging on the shelf is horrible!  Takes me like 2-3 minutes to find the right spot to charge the phone even though they put a big plus on it where the device is supposed to go.  

Hi, I can get either my Arc and Sub to show up on the app, but not my three amps. If I delete the app and reload then I can get the three amps to show up, but not the Arc or Sub. I have tried wired individually and daisy chained and wireless, nothing seems to work. I have wired speakers connected to the amps, then work on individual TV’s, but not with the ARC and Sub. Is there something, I am missing?

Hi,I’m trying to setup a network firewall with multiple VLANs. I found the page telling us which ports that we need to open up for sonos to work with a firewall in place. Currently the page only tells us what port and protocol (TCP / UDP) that sonos uses.I would like to know the source and destination for the firewall rules. Could we get more clarification in a format that also tells us the reasoning, source, destination, port, and protocol? Possible example below:Music Services Source: Sonos Device Destination: Internet Port 80 and 443 Protocol: TCP Sonos App Control Source: Client (iOS, Android, Mac, etc...) Hi all,My current system is a Beam (Gen 1) connected to a Sony Bravia 55” and two Sonos Ones used as rear speakers.I have inherited from a relative a Project turntable / Arcam Amplifier / 2 B&W speakers and 2 x Play:3.Firstly I would like to integrate the turntable into my existing system and just use the Sonos speakers. I was looking at an eBay Connect Amp (Gen 2) and hooking the turntable into that. Would that then play through my existing speakers and what about when I want to listen to the TV?Secondly with the combination of Beam / 2 x One / 2 x Play 3 what would be the best setup / placement for TV / music listening?Hope that all makes sense! many thanks.

Hello, just wanted to share something i 3D-designed and then had 3D-printed in Nylon 12 black for my Home theatre project.I had the idea to hide all components/wiring unless i needed them in sight such as XBOX, PS5, Record Player, Blu-ray, etc… Therefore i thought about hanging some of it on a wall behing a panel where i could then start drawing the furniture with a false back space, etc… etc… From this idea spawned the Port Wall Bracket next to it’s Boost component. Hi there,I have two Sonos One SLs a Beam and a Sky Glass TV. For some strange reason whenever i try to play audio through the tv it only plays through the beam. If i try to play audio through an app like spotify on my phone i have no issues, music plays through the beam and the two sorround one sls. Can you please advise im perplexed and not sure what to do.

Hello, I have a CD transport that I want to connect to a Sonos Five.From what I understand I will need a DAC between the CD transport and the Five, right?Or could I just connect the CD transport to a Sonos Port, and stream it to the Five?I’m also afraid to loose some sound quality but using the line-in on the Five.Thanks

Have a whole home Sonos installation including one Sonos Move. I've just added a Roam to use in my bathroom. It's off the charger and has gone to sleep, and appears that way in the app.  Do I really have to hit a button on it to wake it up? Can't I wake it from the app like the Move? (Slightly worried I've accidentally bought something I don't want)

Sonos app seems to be draining a lot of battery while my iPad is idling. It says 2 min on screen but 23h 19m background. Weird thing is I disabled the background app refresh for Sonos specifically.this has both happened while the iPad was at home at same Wi-Fi as Sonos and away on another Wi-Fi. I have submitted a diagnostic at number 412593457. I need my Sonos app to not kill the battery while idling. 

Hi there, Have got a couple of Play 5s for the lounge. Would you recommend stands or wall mounting?

I am renovating my house and trying to decide whether to use ceiling mounted speakers for the rears (using Sonos AMP to drive them).  I plan to have ARC soundbar in front and Gen2 Subwoofer that I already posses, if possible.This should result in 5.1.2 configuration but my question is related to having the rears in the ceiling instead of ear level.  According to Atmos, the rears of a 5.1.2 system should be at ear level for proper 3D sound.  if they are in the ceiling what will the end result be?  seems to be it won’t be accurate Atmos representation.  Non-3D 5.1 playback will probably sound about right I suppose...but just wondering how a Sonos 5.1.2 Atmos will make sense out of the rears being in the ceiling instead of at ear level.Its not impossible for me to place a couple of Sonos Play1’s at around ear level in addition to or instead of the ceiling mounted rears.  But it will mean setting them on counters where I would rather not have a speaker with a cable running to power, etc.  

I have the Arc w/ 2 gen 3 subs and 2 One SL’s and a Beam in another room. I don’t have access to an Apple product for Trueplay anymore and wanted to know what is the best Apple device to buy for Trueplay? Thank you. 

I have been using my Sonos products with S1 Controller as I have a Play 5 that isn’t compatible with S2 app so I cannot migrate. The Play 5 is a perfectly good speaker, working fine, and I don’t see why I should pay to replace something that is working fine. All good for months and months.Today I try to start the S1 app and I get the attached, which I cannot dismiss other than close. I can no longer play any Sonos device. What have you done Sonos to the S1 controller app, and how can I resume using my system as it was yesterday. 

Hi,I own an IKEA SYMFONISK and I plan to aquire a SONOS Ray for my TV !I also plan to buy the Pro-Ject T1 PHONO SB but I’m not sure the device I described up here are compatible with it..Do you guys know if it can work together ?Thx for your help !

Hitrying to connect two roams and a move. Can’t get the second roam to play music . I can see it in my list of products , the volume control is there - but no sound any advice welcome thx

Any recommended monitors for Sonos Ray? As I know it has to have an optical port to play sound.

We have an 85” tv mounted. We have the Arc and want to mount it under the tv. We have bought the Sonos mount but do not have the directions. Please help with directions. Thank you! 

Is there a way to set up a master favorites list in the Sonos app?  Or if this already exists, can you tell me how to access it or which feature it is?Right now, my favorites come from multiple sources … youtube mixes … sirius radio stations … and playlists from Apple Music.  I often see these listed together in ‘recently played’, but they can drop off there if I play other things and don’t come back for a while.What I’d like to do is be able to pin certain items to a master list that only changes if I change it.  Any help appreciated and cheers!

Hi there, I've had my Beam for 6 months or so, love it, but when searching for music to play thru the app that I have in folders on my phone it doesn't have a search function for actual folders. I find there's no real organisation when my files show up also, it's not alphabetical or date order and I can never find stuff I want to play. The app just seems to randomly list my music, is Sonos going to add this feature or can I do something to make searching for music easier?Cheers

About a month ago, every time I left the house and returned home, I have to reauthorize my AppleMusic account to access my music and my Sonos playlists.  Looking at the conversations, this is a common issue with a resolution recommendation that seems to not make sense.  Now that ipod OS 12.5 is not supported, I cannot even reauthorize my account.  How can I access my Sonos playlists created from my Apple Music account?  Why not simply support the older OS?
