Hi everyone, so today I noticed that my whole setup was stuck at 15 in volume. What I mean is that every time I turned the volume up or down, it would change on its own and go back to 15. After resetting, unpairing, etc., I found out that one of my Era 100s was causing the issue. It’s also started to sound very bad, like only the treble is working. Has anyone had a similar experience? What did you do, and do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
I have 8 Sonos Era 100s throughout my home which randomly start playing music at times. What can I look at to determine the cause?
When I try to select a Spotify playlist, my alarm is not updated. The selected music stays the same.
I just received arc ultra, to swap over from my arc setup with gen 2 sub and gen 3 sub. I have been on phone to Sonos for 1½ hours. They have said gen2 sub and gen3 sub won’t work as my old setup. I need to replace my sub gen 2.ti gen 3 or gen 4.

My scenario is this:I have two ERA 300 speakers that I want to use just for listening to music.My living room is approximately 40’ x 22’ I do not want to connect them as a stereo pair should I just make them a group, if so will Dolby Atmos still work as well.
My ERA 100 I have to turn the colume level almost all the way up just to have it a little louder when I have people over. It seems like at the highest level you would really be blown away but you are not. Is something wrong? I have and LG Smart TV

why is it i am unable to connect my devices i have 14 iproducts all app upto date no change in wifi ive rebooted wifi hard reboot all devices managed to get move connected then beam then went back on the app and another devive appeared tgat had been off for 2 days then nothing in yhe app very weird

Hi, are there any users in France with an Era 300 and an Orange internet acces with a Livebox 5 router? I'm trying to set up my new Era 300, but can't get the WiFi connection to work: the initial connection to the Sonos app on my Android GSM works fine, but when I enter the WiFi password, the system can't connect. I've tried all possible router reconfigurations, incl.separate 2.4 and 5 GHz SSIDs, with and without WPA security keys/passwords, but nothing works.Grateful for any solutions or useful hints. Thanks!
Sonos Play:5 (Gen 1 ) stopping randomly for 5-10 sec when playing Spotify but works fine with Tidal and radio stations. I have done everything Sonos support suggested. Sonos support said that it is a internal memory problem (to small memory for high-res streams). But Spotify is far from high-res and Tidal works fine. I have no network problems. Please fix this Sonos!
Brand new joke from Sonos ? In the app recent update, this alert appears even though my surround Eras 300 are installed as mentionned in the manual when upside down. And seemed ok in the regretted Sonos 2 App. is it something new to upset us a little bit more ?
I just noticed that my Sonos app says that my Era 100 surrounds are in an unsupported orientation with no further instructions. They are inverted and mounted near the ceiling. Seem to work fine. Is this a known issue?

I'm trying to connect the Sonos app (version 2.0) to set up a used Sonos Play:5, but I keep getting a Wi-Fi password error. I even created a new SSID without a password, but the same error appears. I also tried using my mobile hotspot with a simple password and even without one, but I still get the error message:"We couldn’t connect to [Wi-Fi network]. Make sure you’re using the right Wi-Fi and password, then try again."Any suggestions?
I learned today that when driven by a TV and watching a non-surround source, I cannot control the gain on the surround speakers.It seems to me that when watching TV, say a music video, that the surround speakers should be carrying the normal stereo left and right signals, and I should be able to control the gain on those speakers.For example, listening to a music video, I should be able to treat the Beam soundbar and the two surround speakers as four stereo speakers -two left and two right.Anybody else?
As per the title description. My Play:1 won't show up in the app.... Either in the system settings menu or on the main play menu. All was fine and it was working fine until a couple of days ago when it randomly dropped out. And despite going through (several) factory resets and then connecting back via the app as a new product AND despite the app saying that connection is successful it won't show up. Funnily enough it's the Sonos which is closet to my router. About a realistic 6 feet. And it's worked perfectly until a couple of days ago like I say. And nothing else within my control has changed. Does anyone have any ideas?
