Hey

I've got a surround setup with an Arc, 2 fives and 2 subs. It's setup at the tv and couch area, which is part of a big room which is also the living room.

I've been think of adding an extra speaker (Era 100) to fill the room a bit more, when listening to music. But i have to add it as a different group if so. But hence a different group and not stereo, i'm worried i'll sound a bit off compared to the other speakers

The 100 should blend in with no issues.

A question though, have you set your existing surrounds to Full Mode for music listening? A pair of Fives should fill that room well by themselves if not filtered by the Ambient Mode setting.

Thx for the reply.
Well maybe it’s also wrong wording, that it doesn’t fill the room. But since the speakers are lined for the best surround experience.  I wanted to add the Era 100, so I would feel centered for music, no matter where I’m in the room.

It would fill in the space a bit, you could balance the volumes to get what you want.
