I Have two Sonos play 5 gen 1 ,which have been very good up till now .They have recently updated and the sound now is so distorted that you can't listen to them Needs a serious update to solve this

Bonjour,Je n'en finit pas d'être déçue par l'application Sonos.Y a-t-il une solution pour que si je regarde une vidéo sur France TV ou autre, mon enceinte diffuse l'audio ?Merci 🙏
So I bought the Sub 4, installed and grouped it with my Sonos Arc Ultra, and I was really disappointed at the lack of thundering power. I have the volume adjusted up to +15 and the sound its adding is underwhelming. Does this sound right to others that have the Sub 4 or were my expectations just wrong?
my Sonos Play:3 , i have two of them, played nicely for years, after latest firmware upgrade they show up as not registered and even resetting them three times Im not able to register them again. At the end the sonos app states that i have to contact the Support im logged in, all other speakers working fine.
Not sure how a high end audio component company like Sonos could make a streaming music device that doesn’t have Bluetooth connectivity. After spending 12 hours installing this Mag 6.1 I and uninstalling it, returning it and installing a different system. #very frustrated
Hello,I have a Beam (gen 1) hooked up to my TV via HDMI arc input. I also have a pair of Play:5 (Gen 2) as surrounds. Been running this set up for a few years now to listen to music streamed via Deezer directly on the Sonos app and watching TV,. I also have Sonos dotted around the house and sometimes link the speakers up to play the same music throughout the house. No issues and fairly happy with this… until now! I have recently acquired a Musical Fidelity E100 integrated amplifier with multiple inputs, which is an ‘old school’ late 90’s amplifier (75W per channel), with a matching CD player and external Digital to analogue converter (DAC) Unit I am told that the amplifier was, in it’s day, a high end piece of kit. I wired in some passive speakers of a nondescript brand and have LOVED listening to my old CD’s since. It is wired as CD player>DAC>Amp>Speakers. I was really surprised to find the sound quality of this older setup compared to streaming Deezer through the pair of 5’
I have a stereo pair of Ones grouped into a room with a Sub Gen 3. When I start a new track / stream manually from the Sonos app, or from Alexa, Amazon Music or Plex the track starts playing on all speakers, then about 1-2 seconds in the Sub stops whilst other speakers continue. The Sub then starts playing again about 5 seconds later for 3-5 seconds then cuts out again for a similar period. After approx 25 seconds the sub plays as expected. This only happens when staring a new stream from somewhere. Once the stream is playing then the Sub maintains its connection ok, so symptomatic of a failure to buffer audio data successfully. I tried switching all 11 of my Sonos devices off Sonos Net, assigning static IPs, factory resetting the Sub, joining in different groups. Even using the Sub on its own exhibits the same behaviour. The speaker is approx 4ft from a mesh network node, so I'd feel 95% sure that this is a Sonos problem rather than anything to do with my network. At this point all I
Does anybody have any experience with this enclosure/mount for the Era 100? I would miss access to the touch controls, but it looks like a neat way to make the speaker unobtrusive.I’m curious about the sound quality of the Era 100s vs. the Amp with the in ceiling speakers.
Hi, I’m really hoping someone can help as this is driving me crazy! I have a very simple setup in my office. Internet comes into my office into a TP-link AX300 router and then use a deco XE75 pro mesh network for the wireless. Wireless is turned off of the TP-link AX300 and the Deco is in wifi router mode. I have a single sonos era 100, wirelessly connected to the primary deco in the same office, only a few metres away. Signal is therefore very strong. The problem is that spotify keep randomly pausing for 5-10 seconds and then restarting. This originally started with a sonos one gen 2 towards the end of last year. I decided to sell and replace with the sonos era 100 and all was well for a couple of months but the same problem has repeated itself over the last week.Updates are up to date on the Deco mesh and on the sonos era 100. I’ve tried reading around this for so long and toyed with so many different settings/options that I honestly don’t know what is right and not any more!In the s
So I have a Move 2 for my garage home gym and I’m looking to add a pair of Era 100s and a sub mini to the gym for music only. I know I can’t pair the Move 2 in stereo with the 100s and sub mini but can I pair the 100s, sub mini and move 2 all on the app to play the same music at the same time? I don’t need left or right stereo setup, I just want more sound with some bass for working out. I love the Move 2 but I want more but I want to make sure they can all be paired on the app and play together at the same time.
I have a pretty extensive Sonos system throughout my home. The sound quality and volume on a gen 1 play 5 has deteriorated lately. Lower volume and distorted sound. I performed a hard reset with no improvement. After the reset, I could not trueplay tune it as it repeatedly noted an error msg. about background noice. There was no background noise. I tried a dozen times, no success. I’ve read about various failures of this speaker and whether or not a fix is available. I’d appreciate any advice on a solution, or is this expensive speaker now a brick? i think I might have sent this speaker back to Sonos once before when it was nearly new for the same or another issue, not sure. Thanks, Mike
Hello, This is Roin from Republic of Georgia,I’m interested in purchasing your products but found out that you don’t offer a delivery to Georgia, is it possible to add?
Hi, I have just submitted two support diagnostic reports, ********** and ***********, but the support is not opened during the weekend so I try here instead. The reports log situations where I have a dropout at one of the speakers (named Kök) during the last minute and that remained for about 10-15 seconds. I have had problems with my system for quite a while now and have tested a number of things all according the suggestions in the chat forums, i.e. Unplugged/rebooted router and Sonos device numbers of times Set fixed IPs for all Sonos devices and checked for duplicated IP-addresses Tested both Wireless client mode and SonosNet mode (and later case I got the dropouts on the wired speaker?) Use STP instead of RSTP Removed 5G frequencies and running on 2.4G only Checked the Wi-Fi conditions with Wi-Fi scanner during the dropouts and I can't se any issues Locked Sonos devices and controller devices to the same AP Configured the used AP to only use a specific channel (chan
Frankly disgusted that I can’t set these up without Wi Fi, use Blu -Tooth or pair them.Previously I had 2 powered speakers (Still have). Just connected them to a quality Blu - tooth adaptor and instant stereo connection. Totally Wi Fi independent. We can choose whether we want external services you know. Or crucially, we should be able to.No wi fi? Then you’ve got chunks of black uselessness. I will never buy your products again - and they weren’t cheap. Give us stuff that works in any situation and stop taking the bung from Amazon and the like. - which you clearly have.Don’t expect anything other than a corporate speak reply so just don’t bother. Dreadful.May be think about what a speaker should basically be able to do without the internet. It’s been an expensive and disappointing experience for me.
Can I get a discount if I upgrade old speakers for the latest ones
Era does not have blue tooth connection Does not connect to network
I would like to set up two era 100s with an era300
I setup my Era 100 speakers using the Sonos app on my iPhone. I bought them to use to play sound on my iMac computer that I just purchased. How do I set them up for use on my iMac?
I have a turntable/record player connected to one of my Sonos Era 100 speakers. The connection is through a RCA/3.5mm cable + Sonos line-in adapter. I’ve managed to get it working with the single Sonos speaker. But when I try to set up the speaker with another Era 100, as a stereo pair the output from the record player stops working. I’d like to be able to use my speakers in common way, through my phone/laptop but also connected to the record player. Is it possible to play the output from the turntable in stereo mode?
Left speaker is working fine but right speaker is flashing green and not playing. How do I get it to play again? Thanks-
Moderator Edit - Translation by Google:Good morning,I have a Sonos One SL and I would like to connect it to my Xgimi Elfin Flip video projector. But the latter does not find the Sonos speaker when I search for a Bluetooth device. But I would like the sound of my films to come out on the Sonos speaker. What can I do? Use a cable?
Hello everyone. I have two ERA 300 speakers paired in stereo. I connected them via Bluetooth to my Samsung The Frame TV. Sometimes I have sound, but most often I don't. Does anyone have any idea what I should do?
