I have tried everything to reconnect my Sonos one after changing my router but with no joy. I've tried WiFi connection, hard connection, reset and reconnect, none of which works.

Please help as I've no got a very useless black box

Thanks in advance,

Joe

Ideally you should use the same SSID and password as your previous router. But if you have already performed a factory reset, you need to redo the setup process in the Sonos app.

Since you’ve already “tried everything” there’s nothing left to try, so I’m not sure how we can help 😜

Is this your only speaker or do you have others that are working? Have you tried what @GuitarSuperstar  suggested? What happened? What error messages do you get?
