When will Sonos admit this app does not work and give us back the previous one?   I had to factory reset my system as it just kept disconnecting and now I can’t even add the speakers back in. They are the new era speakers I should add to so it’s not like I’m using older hardware.   I can’t use them at all.   They don’t even work properly over Bluetooth.   Sonos. Sonos play 5 gen2 no longer shows up on the app. I also have the arc with satellite speakers and they show up fine. Please help.

Since the app update my stereo pair isn’t showing up as an option on my iPad for any air playAny ideas or it’s just another glitch in the new app.

Hi, I have had a pair of Sonos Five gen 2 in my kitchen - snug type room for some years now they are positioned horribly because wife won the war of where they go, sad I know.  I now have planning permission to move them, currently to a particular area but could always try to extend that planning permission. Attached pictures the red line is where I am looking at right now, my instinct says to place them on the left and right corners, using flexion mount and fire them into the room angled down.  The corners is going to be a little trouble due to water pipes and power plus I am doing myself and trying to limit decorative rework. One question I have is what if I place them closer together all the way to them being side by side? Or maybe have just one in the middle and place the other somewhere on the other side of the room.Basically open to ideas as I am running out of ideas. 

I got hit by lighting. I cannot get my system back. Two of my amps will not light up. The other items sound bar, sub, two amps , and boost will not connect. I tried everything.  

Hi!I've recently gotten the Sub Gen3 and paired it with my Era 100s.So far, the connection seems fine, but the bass is way lower than I hoped (underwhelming). I'm not sure if I've done something wrong during setup, but currently, I have it set to +15, and it's still low.I've factory reset my sub and both of my Era 100s, reset the Wi-Fi router, and reconnected everything, but it’s still not performing well. The bass remains underwhelming. I have Trueplay on, and I’ve tried turning it off and resetting it multiple times. I’ve also moved the sub around to see if that would change the volume, but nothing changed.Is there anything else I can try to fix this? I'm certain it shouldn't be on +15 and still be this low. Honestly, my Era 100s have more impressive bass than the Sub Gen3.Thanks!

I have the following:1 Beam, 1 Sub, 2 One SL’s and 2 Play 1’s.  I just bought the SL’s to replace my Play’s, which were my surrounds for my Beam and Sub.  The beam, sub and SL’s (surround) all connect an work fine.  I wanted to put the old Play 1’s in two separate rooms.  The old Play 1’s will connect briefly but soon drop off and become unavailable. I have factory rest them, used the find missing devices, called tech support (who did call back) the errors I get range from error 1001 (when trying to play a song when initially connected) then it disconnects, to error 800 when trying to add the device back into the system, to unregistered device and unable to connect to Sonos.  Which is not true because all four other devices are working fine. I worked with Tech support and they confirmed it was finding the network but then disconnecting from the system.  One of the Play 1’s is 5 ft. from the wireless router.  I have tested my signal strength and all is good with great coverage.  Asus ro

Recently  picked up a sonos one to add to my system… with the new sonos app update its been terrible experience... it says it requires an update… ive tried the update on my iphone 14, my wifes samsung and brothers phone and the update stops at 75% ( takes hours)..ive rebooted the systemdeleted and reinstalled appunplugged routerphoned sonos (still couldnt help)made a new system to try and add the speaker and no luck any suggestions

Since most recent app update I can no longer  access  TV volume control for surround speakers (Ones) just music. How can I regain ability to control surround volume from app? TV volume slide control disappeared.

i want to use Era 100 in Ceiling. Can you please advice if Gineos Bracket is compatible with Era 100 or not. if not then what can be the possible solution to put them in ceiling.

I was scammed and lost my pair of Sonos ONE speakers today. I still see it in my account and have the serial#. Obviously I cant get it back. But can it be disabled or something to make it unusable?
