Just bought an era 100 Sonos speaker, when setting up with app on phone was all going well until I started looking for certain apps I was hoping to use on the speaker!
BBC sounds was the main one I couldn’t find as I tend to use it quite a lot! Does anyone know why I’m not able to find it in the app?
Any help would be much appreciated

Maybe check to see if your online Sonos profile country settings are set to UK in your account and then try adding the service again - you ‘may’ need to sign out/in on the Sonos App too.

I’m in the UK too and I see it in the App services list… see attached… so it’s likely an account or connection issue. Maybe try a different DNS to see if that may make a difference.
If the issue persists, then maybe speak with Sonos Support Staff via this link…
