Era 300 won't connect

I have tried all there solutions to try to get the Android app to connect to Sonos Era 300. Nothing works. The suggestion to use a different phone or device is totally stupid. I want to use my phone to connect to the speaker. Anyone have any suggestions?

How are you trying to connect your phone to the speaker? 
 

Is this a new speaker and setup or did it work before but not now?
 

To say “nothing works” doesn’t tell us anything. What have you tried? What error messages do you get? Where does the process fail?
