Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Many music files which I have played successfully over several years have now mysteriously vanished.  Two albums which I played only yesterday have now disappeared.  I bought into Sonos a long time ago so use the Sonos1 app on both my Mac and iPhone and despite refreshing / indexing the library they have (along with numerous other albums) completely gone.  They are still there in my iTunes library on my Mac but Sonos has stopped “seeing” them.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Hi, My Sonos One SL suddenly got disconnected from the system last week.I have had It connected over the last 3 years without any problem.Now, I am not able to reconnect it again and I feel like I have tried everything.I am getting different error codes and messages about ethernet cable, wrong password, too far away from the router or adjust the router settings.Since I have a pair, both bought the same time, this doesnæt make much sense. The one that is still connected and working has no issues at all, they are standing in the same room.I thought adding It with an ethernet cable should work, but It doesnt.I have also read something about It must be downgraded to S1 since my app is S2. But I am not sure if these speakers came with S1 or S2 software/hardware. Regards

i have  sonos Play5 and the bridge no longer works so i am unable to connect to both my speakers.   Is there a replacement for the bridge that would allow me to use the app to play music again.

Hi anybody noticed sound on Amazon music not as good after latest update? Sounds less clear more bassy.Going to do another trueplay see if that helps.

I have previously subscribed to Sonos Radio HD through Apple.I purposely let that subscription expire, as I would prefer to subscribe direct through Sonos.  However, whn I log into Sonos on the web and go to Subscriptions, it says, “Looks like you already have an existing subscription to Radio HD through Apple. You can access that subscription through your Apple ID settings.”Is there any way for me to migrate over to subsribing from Sonos directly?

Hey, I’m desperate for help….This was my original set up and i had it named as “Family Room”Sonos Beam2 x Sonos One surround speakers. All worked perfectly. Yesterday I bought an Arc Ultra, a mini sub and a new tv. My plan was to move the beam and the existing tv to one of the bedrooms, name the room “Bedroom”. And then use the Arc Ultra, Mini Sub and Sonos One’s in the original space with the new tv and new Apple TV box and change it to “Living Room”. For the life of me I cannot get the existing Sonos Ones to connect to the Arc. The Arc and mini sub are working perfectly and they are in the “Living Room”. Additionally, I now have 2 “Family Rooms” and they are both showing in the app as “not connected” even though the beam that I put in the bedroom is working perfectly. I want to delete both “Family Room”, and then add “Bedroom”. My goal is to have two completely independent rooms (I bought a second Apple TV box). Wanted to see some Sonos Radio discussions, current, not 5 years old!Can we get a sort by date for the forum search? Maybe once we get that,  we can get an option for which country forums are searched?   

I want to make it sure.When I am listening to audio in 7.1ch surround, Sony 360 Reality Audio or Dolby Atmos with Head Tracking on, the sound behind me doesn’t come in front of me turning my head or whole body back.  Does it really call head tracking? It’s not I was expected and despaired for. I want to experience a surrounding audio system in my headsets like when I move my head, every settled sound of music fixed in the air. I think that’s special audio really is.

I have a Sonos Amp and an Audioflow switch with 6 speakers in the ceiling and 2 outside. I have them wired so that two of the ceiling speakers on their own switch are directly behind the sofa, I was hoping to use them with the TV. Unfortunately the wiring for all the speakers is nowhere near the TV so I cannot connect the HDMI. Is there any way to still connect those speakers to the TV?

I have a pair of new Sonos Five speakers and a Sub Gen 2 on Sonos app. I was wondering if I can add another Sub to this mix and if yes which Gen? I have heard that Fives are not designed to link to more than one Sub, that privilege is reserved for home theatre setups.   

What is going on?! Over the last six months I’m having more and more issues. Not sure if it’s wi-fi issues, or Sonos issues. I have the original Play:1 speakers. My setup: paired speakers in the living room and family room, single speaker in bedroom 1, bathroom, and bedroom 2. Running S2. Problem started with difficulty connecting, so I bought a new router. Seemed to help. Now different speakers will drop randomly and intermittently throughout the day. One of a pair will drop; sometimes both. And lately, it will stop playing a song before it’s finished (listening to Amazon Music), and start playing a new song. So many problems, and I’ve reached the end of my knowledge to fix them I think. Help!

I can successfully connect Era100s separately in the Sonos App. Whenever I try to connect these Era 100s to my Beam Gen2 it will connect for few seconds then disconnect. 

So I checked the app and the speaker is listed. But the same is pretty much true for Alexa and Siri so why should I expect more from Sonos?

Hi There, I’m about to take on a small yoga studio (would fit 22 people max) and it has a relatively low roof. Wondering what the best set up would be, which model, how many speakers etc? Thanks in advance 

App is on 2 iPhones. After searching for an artist, song, album etc and playing, (SonosS1), track will start, play a few seconds and an error msg ‘Unable to play <Trackname>. Network connection speed insufficient to maintain playback buffer.’ Happens from either iPhone, resetting router doesn't help. Wi-fi is BT Halo 3 - 75MB download 10MB upload. Any hints appreciated.Jayne

If I buy a Bluetooth device like the Sonos roam. Can I then group it with all my Sonos speakers and use Bluetooth through the Roam itself to play on all the devices? Will that work?

Have a Playbar and 2x Play:1 set up for surround sound system. Has been working fine for years but about 2 months ago it stopped working. Everything is set up as it's own room but not connected to each other. When I try to  "set up surrounds" it says there is an update needed. I press update, then it scans for updates, then the update screen just dissappears. This is just keeps happening. Have been onto Sonos support chat and on phone and they haven't a clue how to fix it. Not great.

I’ve been trying to solve this problem for my in-laws for a few weeks, and I’m making no progress.They have a Sonos Beam connected to a TCL 735 (Google) TV via HDMI/eARC. My father-in-law has Oticon hearing aids, and there is an Optical cable running from the TV to an Oticon “Box”. The hearing aids connect to the Oticon Box via Bluetooth.I cannot get sound to output to BOTH the Beam and the Oticon box (the hearing aids are connected) so that they can watch TV at the same time. I bought an “HDMI eARC (CEC) audio extractor" but that’s not working either - sound DOES come out through the hearing aids, but nothing through the Beam soundbar. At a guess, Sonos is fussy/strict over the kind of signal it receives and doesn’t “trust” it from the audio extractor. The TV sound option is set to “ARC”. There is an Optical option too. Can anyone offer any advice on this topic? Hej! Jag använder Sonos Arc med Google Assistant på svenska. Jag har märkt följande problem:När jag säger t.ex. ”tänd ljuset” fungerar det utan problem. Men om jag direkt efter frågar ”vad är klockan?” så upprepar Arc bara sitt tidigare svar (”tänder ljuset”) istället för att svara med aktuell tid. Jag har redan testat att ta bort och lägga till Google Assistant via Sonos-appen, men problemet kvarstår. Är det fler som upplever samma sak? Finns det planerad fix för detta? 

Had I known my new Sub wouldn't work with my set I would not have bought it. I had an effective set (zone) comprising one Five and two One SLs working harmoniously. When I tried to add the Sub to it, that wasn't allowed. I had to undo the zone, then add the Sub to the Five, but then I couldn't add the two One SLs to that zone anymore. They had to become a separate zone, which is not what I wanted. Now I have two zones in one "group" but that's not the same as one zone. I have to AirPlay to two separate devices if I want to listen to my Apple Music songs. Or manually set the two zones to play simultaneously EVERY TIME I put some music on. Very frustrating! Silly app that doesn't allow something as basic as one main speaker, two side speakers and a subwoofer to be configured as one set!

When I try and use AirPlay to listen to music on my Sonos Beam Gen 1 it is now asking for an on-screen code from my Beam. There is no code or screen of course! Any suggestions?
