Is my SONOS ROAM dead if I have a steady red light at the bottom of the product when plugged for charging? Light goes away when I disconnect the power cord. I have tried a reset but it doesn’t help

Red usually indicates a fault condition, you should likely call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

It could be an issue with an under-powered USB charging source.

LED meanings are here https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/sonos-led-lights

But I’m not sure about solid red, and it’s not a listed condition in the article!

For clarification: is it a Roam or Roam 2?
