My playbar and sub work fine on streaming but they drop out when playing my music library, all the rest of my speakers do fine . I ve got two speakers hard wired. Sonos sucks so bad but i m heavily invested

Suggests network interference, it might be simple wifi interference , or it could be something deeper, hard to tell with the lack of information. What did Sonos Support say, when you submitted a system diagnostic, and called in? That might give us clues as to what’s going on.

For what it’s worth, I had no difficulty using my PLAYBARs using S1, or later S2, when I had them. I’ve since donated them, and replaced them with Arcs, but the software is the same.
