I have a problem in my sonos arc ,like when i play any song in my sonos arc there is a sond that come like “crackling” sound. And it’s specially comes when bass is higher or i increase bass in arc so give me some permanent solution.

+3It seems that something is broken. Try to call Sonos’ support and send a diagnostics report to them. I’m sure they will guide you on the process.
