One SL and Era 100 can each be paired with Beam Gen2 as rear speakers. My question is: Can I pair them in a mixed configuration, using one One SL and one Era 100?

No. At least, not with the Sonos app which only allows sonically-matching speakers to pair. I believe that one of the non-Sonos apps will do it.
