Like a lot of people in this community, I have been unable to add Spotify family members any Sonos account. I’ve tried https://support.sonos.com/article/use-multiple-accounts-for-the-same-content-servicehowever this is old and didn’t work. I’ve tried various ways of deleting and reinstalling the Sonos and Spotify apps. Nothing seems to work. Can anybody give me a solution to this really annoying problem. I actually thought my Sonos issues were gone after “The app update”. Everything was getting back on track now this!! Help please. 

I switched to YouTube music from Spotify and it went pretty smooth. The only big issue is that the Sonos app will simply refuse to play any of the podcasts I subscribe to in Youtube Music.I have seen that more people have raised this issue but that Sonos isn’t really acting on this issue, or at least isn’t making it a priority.Is there any idea on what the steps are that Sonos is taking? 

Good morning everyone, Yesterday afternoon I was listening to music with my SymfoniskSuddenly one of the two speakers disconnected from Wi-Fi and stayed with the red light on without resuming connection. After about an hour the light was still red and I unplugged it to restart it. Once I plugged it back in, the Symfonisk did nothing. No status LEDs and no signs of life The case does nothing. I tried changing outlets and changing cables but nothing changed. What can I do? It seems strange to me that it died just like that out of nowhere

Hi everyone,Hoping someone from the community or Sonos team can help. I’ve spent hours trying to get this working and have hit a wall.My setup: Arc Ultra (connected via WiFi) 2 × Era 300 (set as surrounds) Sub + Sub 4 Everything appears correctly in the app. The Arc Ultra is connected to WiFi (not Ethernet), and I made sure WiFi is enabled. The Era 300s show up as left and right surrounds, and both subs are listed and bonded to the Arc room. I’ve increased surround and sub audio levels to max. I’ve also confirmed that I’m playing Dolby Atmos and 5.1 content (shows up as such in the Sonos app), using Apple TV 4K.The problem:I’m getting no sound whatsoever from the Era 300s or the subs. The only time I hear anything from them is the pairing chime during initial setup. After that, complete silence. This applies to both movies and music, regardless of source or settings.What I’ve already tried: Power cycling everything (multiple times) Removing and re-adding surrounds and subs Rese

Can not get app to recognise my sonos ace  headphones

On an older Samsung Galaxy S10e when an alert starts playing, a Snooze/Stop popup is show inside the app (so unfortunately still need to open the app, but it works).On a brand new Samsung Galaxy S25 when an alert starts playing, no alarm snooze popup is shown, though the app show the speaker as playing - so I am unable to snooze the alert, but can stop the music as normal.Both phones run the same latest app version. I did try reinstalling the app on the new phone to no avail. I tried to reconnect my Apple Music account to listen to the music I bought via iTunes ( I don’t have a streaming subscription) but I am always ending in a loop, Sonos sends me to Apple Music to log in, I’ll do that, get back to Sonos, Sonos tells me to re-authorize my account, sending me back to apple music and so on….deleted the apple music account inside Sonos and added it from scratch but no result. Anyone has the same issue and found a solution?  

I'm currently having issues with 5.1 surround sound delivery to my Sonos speakers.Current set up is:Sky stream -> HDMI -> Hisense TV -> HDMI ARC -> Gen 1 Beam + Sonos One + Sonos One SLI have audio processing on both the Sky Stream and TV set to pass through. Sonos app shows that it is receiving Dolby Digital 5.1. However, there is no sound coming from either Sonos One.I have confirmed via different apps on the Sky Puck, through films that should support 5.1.All speakers work as intended for audio from Spotify. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I recently “upgraded” to Windows 10 from Windows 7.  No Sonos issues with 7.  No changes to Sonos hardware; running latest version of S1 O/S, music libraries up-to-date, Android tablet and iPad running latest S1 updates.My Win 10 desktop contains my music libraries.  I can operate all features of Sonos from this desktop just like under Win 7.However, unlike under 7, Sonos app must now be running or minimized on Win 10 desktop in order for any of my tablets to play any items in my music libraries.  Tablets accurately display libraries and their contents, but “Unable to Play xxx” is displayed on all tablets.  Exception: tablets can discover and play Sonos radio stations even with desktop app closed.I suspect this is a Windows 10 problem, not a fault of the Sonos software.  Have any of you experienced this?  If so, please describe any solution.

When using TV Swap with the Ace on both the Arc and & Arc Ultra the Ace constantly cuts out every 1-2 minutes for 5-20 seconds.Have reset and update both the Arc and Arc Ultra.  When trying each Arc, the Ace headphones were factory reset and added as new device to the Sonos app, then set to a specific Arc for TV Swap.Got the Ace yesterday and thought they would be seamless and easy given I have (x7) Amps, (x4) Arcs, (x3) Subs, Arc Ultra, Beam and (x2) Move 2. 

I often get no results found when searching on both Windows desktop app and IOS app. Here I searched for Hans Zimmer, and then selected the albums tab Sometimes it takes 3 attempts to get the results to display  

I have an original Playbar (paired with a Sub Mini).  Unit is in good shape, and plays music brilliantly.  The problem is TV output delivers very loud rumbling from any reasonable amount of bass (sounds almost like the shelf is vibrating - it isn’t).  It's a new TV, output is optical, and output is set to PCM.  Any thoughts?

I'm having an issue with getting 5.1 (always shows SPDIF Stereo PCM in Sonos app) to work despite having the following equipment:- Beam (gen 1)- Sub Mini- 2x Play 1s I use a nvidia shield for playing media, but unfortunately, my projector does not support audio passthrough or have eARC so I have used a hdmi switch that supports dolby/dts 5.1.I understand that (without replacing my projector or buying an audio extractor) my current set-up won't work for dolby digital or dolby atmos, but it should still support 5.1. Any tips to fix this? Thanks in advance!

I’ve done everything I can think of to get my connected device to be my music folder and it comes back with “unable to connect”. I’ve moved files to where the Music folder on ny hard drive and I get nothing. One thing I noticed is my mac inserts Volumes in place of MacMini (my hard drive),

First before we start, buying another amp is not in question.Current Setup:1x Amp 1x 3rd party Sub, FYI it does work in 4.1 2x 3rd party ceiling, 2x era 100.Problem is the front and back audio need to be swapped I can not find it in the mobile app. Anyone know how to get this working correctly.  

Hi, is anyone else having problems running Trueplay with a Sonos Arc Ultra together with a Sub (Gen 4)? When I run the Arc Ultra on its own, there’s no problem at all. But when I run them together, nothing works. I just get the message that there’s too much background noise — but the room is completely silent. (I’ve tested with several different devices.) Sometimes I get past that, but then it says “Trueplay can’t start”. Does anyone have a solution, or is this an issue with the latest version of the app?

I have 2 gen 1 play:5 speakers and am using the S1 app. I would love to add a turntable -- are there any reccomendations on anything that would be compatible and not require a ton of extra components? Thanks.

Why can I no longer play Centreforce Radio through TuneIn or Mytuner on my Sonos system.   I am based in the UK and I believe Centreforce Radio is registered in the UK.  It was fine up until two weeks ago.  I am able to airplay from my mobile TuneIn app.

I got a new era 100 to add to my system. Cannot seem to group together my current Play 1 and new era 100. I can group my five Gen 2 with the era 100, but it does not want to group with the Play 1.My Play 1 and five group fine. 

I have an older turntable and 5 CD carousel I’d like to connect to my Sonos system. I bought an inexpensive preamp, and have connected the turntable to the preamp, and the preamp to the Sonos Connect box. I do get music on my system, but the quality of sound is distorted. When I connect the turntable directly to a powered, non-Sonos speaker, the quality of sound is very good.The preamp has a grounding screw, but the turntable does not. Any suggestions out there?

I know this topic has been beaten to death, but in my digging I haven’t seen a scenario that seems to quite line up with this one.  Hoping it’s an easy fix. I have a bunch of Play:1’s and a a playbar littered around my house.   I have one single speaker in a kid’s room that I find goes ‘unavailable’ for a couple of minutes multiple times per hour.   (I note this in the log of my Home Assistant environment that Sonos is integrated into).  Actually playing things on the speaker works just fine.  The Sonos app works just fine.  But according to that log, the flipflopping to unavailable keeps happening.I don’t believe it’s an HA thing (beyond it maybe possibly timing out a bit faster than it should perhaps), because it is ONLY happening on this one speaker for the entire house.I recently switched from SonosNet to wifi-only in an attempt to combat this, but no avail.  When I was on SonosNet the speaker did show it wasn’t getting a great connection.  However since unplugging all the wires an

When i say hey google play some music or a specific music, it says “Playing song name on sonos from spotify” but then it does nothing? It works completely fine from google assistant on my phone and from my google tv. But when i tell my google nest hub 2 it just says “Playing song name on sonos from spotify” without actually doing it?

How to set up 2 Era 100 s to a windows pc via hard ethernet and provide stereo

Apple lossless does not work on my Amp, it constantly drops or says not encoded properly.  Apple lossless works on all the other speakers without any drops, and if I group them, the amp stays silent.  Spotify works perfectly on the Amp.  I am using the S2 app when I play the music.  This started after the last update, no problems before then.Thanks for any advice.
