RED LED (ALWAYS ON) SONOS MOVE, connected at charger and noting, I tried to reset over several methods and nothing. I replace the battery with a new battery and nothing, any help would be welcome. Please any help

I have Sonos Move speakers, they're not working. The LED is always solid red, not blinking. I already replaced the battery with a new one and it's still the same. I've tried several reset methods and nothing works. I really don't want to lose this speaker. Any recommendations other than buying a new one, okay?

Red, as indicated in the LED states FAQ, means some type of fault. We can’t tell what kind here on the boards, I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system

Rojo, como se indica en las preguntas frecuentes sobre los estados del LED, significa algún tipo de falla. No podemos decir qué tipo aquí en los tableros, te recomiendo que llames a Sonos Support para discutirlo.

Cuando hablas directamente con el personal de soporte, tienen herramientas a su disposición que les permitirán darte consejos específicos para tu red y sistema Sonos.
