I have Sonos Move speakers, they're not working. The LED is always solid red, not blinking. I already replaced the battery with a new one and it's still the same. I've tried several reset methods and nothing works. I really don't want to lose this speaker. Any recommendations other than buying a new one, okay?

Red, as indicated in the LED states FAQ, means some type of fault. We can’t tell what kind here on the boards, I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system
