Cleared the queue during play of a music service station - songs cleared, and station continues to play, but now queue information is blank and no info will appear anymore for anything? Looked for info and could find nothing on how to get the queue display to re-populate.

I have a play one and Sonos one that has been working great. I just got a play3 and it’s says I need to update . I have tried several times and the update is not working. Tried resetting router, modem , controller and all the Sonos players still not working. I also tried to connect direct with the Ethernet cable and no luck.

Alexa worked fine... now it doesn't and the Sonos app says: Voice service: Not available in your country?? BUT I AM IN THE USA

Hi, I have a PLAYBAR, SUB, and four PLAY:1’s in my TV room. I have the PLAYBAR right under the TV, the SUB and a PLAY:1 on the left of the TV, a PLAY:1 to the right of the TV, and am using two PLAY:1’s for the surrounds. My question is how do I add the PLAY:1’s to the same room as everything else because I can’t figure out how to. Right now I have it setup so the left and right front speakers are a separate room but it gets annoying because the Tv remote doesn’t control their sound with the other room so it gets all messed up without using the app to adjust them as well.

Hello , I've inhereted a Sonos system in the house I've moved into and I'm having a few problems, Mainly it plays in the bathroom and they sound great but it has speakers in the kitchen and I don't seem to get them to work.I'm running a sonos connect amp

I have a record player with pre-amp connected to an Onkyo receiver (without receiver, the direct connection from record player to Sonos speakers was not amp'ed enough). I'm trying to get true stereo sound by using the two Play:5's as left/right speakers. I'm almost there but got stuck as follows: I'm using two 3.5mm-Mini-to-RCA-Cables to connect the line-out from the Onkyo to each of two the Play:5's. Basically using one RCA cable to connect the right channel on the receiver to the right Play:5, and the second cable to connect the left channel on the receiver to the left Play:5. I setup a room called Office to have the two speakers, and I under Room settings I can see a line in (L) and a line in (R). So now, I can hear the music on each of the speakers just fine. But I can't figure out how to get the Sonos App to play BOTH speakers at the same time. When I go to BROWSE to select Line-In as the source of the music... I see the two speakers... but I can only select one o

How do I enable Free Time on Alexa on my Sonos One?

1) I'm currently building a new house and play on having two TVs each with its own Playbar and two Play 1 or Play 3 speakers, then a Connect Amp wired to outdoor speakers. I have the ability (now) to wire any or all of these devices via Ethernet back to their own Ethernet switches and ultimately the router. Based on what I've read, the BOOST configuration is generally superior to regular WiFi, in which case I will plan on wiring at least one device via Ethernet to create a BOOST network. Is there a benefit in connecting more than one, or ALL of the Sonos devices via hard-wired Ethernet vs a single device?

Connecting sonos music service to amazon music (iPad) and the app takes me to Amazon.com. I don’t have a amazon.com account but do have a amazon.co.uk account (prime). My sonos account is set to uk location. My Alexa app is uk location. Have disabled Alexa sonos skill and re added plus discovered devices. Have uninstalled sonos app re installed and added all devices ( plus set location back to uk). Still keeps directing me to amazon.com. Have added sonos app to Samsung phone and tried to connect it to amazon music same thing happens.

I recently purchased a house, and it has 3 zones prewired. I'm trying to understand if the new update to the Onkyo and Pioneer receivers will still require a Connect, or if it is independent. Any insight would be appreciated, as I've read several articles and feel like I'm seeing conflicting answers.

With Sonos 1 with Alexa built in I cannot get Alexa to respond while music is playing on the sonos. i have to wait until the song ends. Same with listening to news radio station . There is no response until a break in the announcers voice

Hello! I would like to see an schedule option for the Sonos controller. A development of the alarm function. I would love to be able to, for example, set my bathroom speaker to play between 7 AM-10 PM everyday or split it up to play between 7 AM-9AM and then start again between 4PM-10PM. I know some of it can be done with the alarm but thats not what I want. In my world its two difderent things. This should be an easy fix and falls perfectly in line with our new smart homes nowadays! And I can see this too be an much wanted function for both private and business who wants their speakers to play automatically on different times during the day! Best regards!

Hello. I would need some guidance. I am getting an LG TV to which I am adding their Dolby Atmos Sound bar SJ9.I would like to add my 2 Sonos Play1 Speakers to this setup. Is it possible ?Maybe with the SONOS CONNECT Smart Wireless Stereo Adaptor ? is there a less expensive solution if at all.Thanks!

Hello all, I am having a problem syncing the audio and video on my Hisense (Sharp brand) 55H6D tv. I have tried using the sync assist within the app, however this only seems to make things worse. Also, there are no audio sync options within my TV. Are there any additional options I could try? This seems ridiculous... Much appreciated!

I have a Connect Amp that was working fine, unplugged it to move it to another location. Now it will not turn on, no lights on front.

Have a sub, playbarabd 2 play ones. Seems that you cant just grab a play one and use it elsewhere without removing the speaker from the room setup and reinstalling after. Thought my other option would be to just move a play one to another location and let it play music along with the music playing with the main system. Problem is that the play ones have no sound when playing music. Is there a way to make sure the surround speakers play with music instead of just the playbar and sub?

I have the following setup. Boost - wired to ASUS router 2x play 1 Living 2x play 3 Living 1x play 5 Living 2x play 3 Pool balcony 2x play 1 with SUB - Whiskey Room Soundbar + 2x play1 surrounds - Balcony 1x play 1 Bathroom 1x play 1 Bedroom Recently the system has been dropping out. Symtom 1 is speakers cycling off room by room then cycling back on room by room. Symptom 2 is skipping (especially when using spotify) I have been through a lot of troubleshooting with SONOS support and have tried various channel configurations. I have removed the WIFI settings from SONOS but the issue persists. I have come to wonder whether DCHP may be a cause (noting that the BOOST itself has a DCHP (auto assigned) IP address. So do TWO other speakers which are close enough to plug in to the router. To try to help with the issue I have just gone and assigned static IP addresses to all the SONOS units that are currently DCHP. Have any of you tried this? and, does anyone have an

Ever since the most recent update, the Sonos app keeps periodically bouncing around in my dock (I use OS X) to tell me that an updated is available. However, when I click through, it seems that this is not true: the only question I get asked is whether I'd like to integrate with Amazon Alexa (I would not). I presume there is a bug somewhere — has anyone else run into this? About Sonos says: Sonos Controller for Mac Version: 8.4 Build: 41350131

I have a brand new playbar and after selecting it and adding it to a new room, I get to the "Updating" screen. At that point, it gets stuck on the "Getting started..." black dot. The light on the playbar is flashing orange and white. I have tried this a couple of times by using a factory reset. And I have the playbar connected to my router via ethernet. Any suggestions on what I should try?

I haven't noticed this before but im having problems controlling my smart bulbs in my bathroom when my sonos connect is streaming music for my amplifier... When i unplug the z80 my lights start working again. Any ideas ? thanks...... Play 1. Connect amp. zp80. 2 bridges Philips hue bridge. 7 smart bulbs. Two room sensors .3 smart plugs and amazon alexa....
