Beam and Sky Q out of sync

Hi all, just got a new tv and a beam, set up using Sky Q and it’s well out of sync, tried using the setting to alter the sync issue but the more I go, the worse it gets. So on 0ms is the beast I can get but it’s out.
Connected via HDMI Arc,
No issues using Apple TV, or Netflix from the smart tv, just Sky. Any help??
Tv is Sony AF8 oled if that helps.

Hi there, chris6033. If you plug the Beam into the Sky Q cable box, does the audio match up? If so, you may want to take a look at your TV user manual and make sure that your TV is not adding any audio signal processing to the audio coming from the Sky Q box. Typically this can be found in the audio settings of most TV's.
