Greetings. I started to use Audible back in the day before it was bought by Amazon. I therefore have old username-based access to Audible, not access based on my Amazon password. Sonos insists on automatically connecting me to Audible via my Amazon account though, bypassing the many audiobooks I have under the old username account. Anyone had this problem and know what the solution is? Many thanks. 

Not sure if this has been brought up before but looking for a specific answer. I am fairly new to the Sonos system. I only have a Sonos One Gen. 2 but I plan on adding at least one more One, Move, and Maybe a Play 5.Before buying I was reading about the legacy products support and made me think what would the estimated life span be for these speakers especially the One G2. I am hoping for at least 8-10years if ever.I know it’s a long time to think about but a little reassurance before spending over $1000 would be nice.Thanks

Hey friends: I have a sound bar configured with a satellite pair of Sonos one speakers as L& R in the living room. I have two Sonos One speakers on the adjacent, open floor plan dining room. IYHO, should I set up the dining room speakers as a L&R pair or leave them independent?

Surround falls out. I have to remove surround and then add the five's back to the system to have the surround back.What can be the problem and the solution.Tnx

I just bought an Arc, and I can’t connect my analog CD player to it without some sort of device, yes? Meanwhile, I’m awaiting the arrival of a new Sonos Subwoofer and two Sonos One SL speakers. Will any of those devices help me connect the CD player to the entire system or will I have to buy an additional Sonos device? What is the cheapest Sonos device I can buy (new or used) that will connect the CD player to my system?  Thank you so much!

So this is a weird annoying bug or issue. I have a sonos connect amp gen 1 and a few other sonos speakers. On the mobile app, it works just as expected, no issues. However, in Windows (10), the s1 desktop controller lists all other speakers except the connect amp. If I group a speaker together with the connect amp, it also vanishes from the desktop controller, ungroup it, and it returns, instantly. It’s like once grouped, the desktop controller cant’ see it anymore.Is this a bug or a feature? Things I’ve tried that haven’t workedResetting the desktop controller Rebooting everythingOn desktop: On android.  When I ungroup.  Speakers:Bedroom & Kitchen: Play 3 gen 1Office: Play 5 gen 2Living Room: Connect Amp gen 1 

I have the Sonos beam, and was using two play 1's for surround. Bought two Ikea symponisk book shelf speakers to add to the system. Got them to connect and finally play audio from the tv, but they would not sync with volume controls. Been at it for hours now. Removed the play ones and was able to get the Ikea ones to be the rears to the beam, but now I can't get the play ones to reconnect. Also can not get or find true play to tune the speakers. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this. Looked at YouTube and non of the things they do show up on the S2 app. 

When I plug my optical audio into the receiver the sound doesn't come through. But when I used my Xbox as a receiver it worked just fine. I can not find a solution. 

I’m using an Apple TV remote. Used to be able to control sound on my playbar but about a week ago it stopped. Paired it again using the sonos app and it works for about a second but as soon as the sonos app closes it stops. Same with my Samsung remote. Now sometimes it doesn’t pair. What happened? This is super annoying. Also, there’s no way to contact support just community. Is there anyone who can help with this?

Tengo domótica en mi casa uso Google assistant para controlar todo recientemente adquirí una sonos beam, les cuento agregué a mí esposa al grupo hogar de Google home pero a la hora de ella pedir música al asistente dice que no se puede ya que la cuenta de Spotify es la mía que forma puedo hacer de que el asistente mediante el sonos ponga Spotify pero con su cuenta. Gracias por su ayuda.

I recently bought a Sonos subwoofer and im trying to get it to play with the Sonance ceiling speakers.  I have a Sonos amp and port.  Im having issues getting the subwoofer to integrate into this set up.  Is the Sonos subwoofer compatible with the Sonance speakers?

Starting roughly Dec '18, Alexa stopped playing music on my Sonos One. It acknowledges that it's going to play music, but then nothing; silence. I've logged out of Amazon on all account and on the web, and I've removed Alexa from the Sonos app, then reinstalled and logged in, but that didn't work. Today, I logged out of Amazon on all devices and the web, uninstalled both the Sonos and Alexa apps on both of my devices, and factory reset my Sonos One; still the same issue exists. I used to play Amazon music, but I also tried adding iHeartRadio, but Alexa still acknowledges the request but doesn't play music. I'm getting so frustrated that this is an issue in the first place, and that it's so difficult to come up with a solution. I'd greatly appreciate any advice I can get to get Alexa playing music again.

I recently bought a Brilliant light switch that has screens built in with Sonos compatability for a easy consistent way to use my Sonos throughout the house.  I currently use the Connect Gen 2’s for my inside and backyard to external amps.  I am looking to add more speakers to my house as well as control every major room seperate.  So to make a long story short, was going to use the Sonos Amp I just bought to run the rear in ceiling speakers I have and use a small energy M8 sub.  Issue is that even if I buy a sonos sound bar and use the AMP for the rear my 3rd party sub will not work.  Any advice?  If I buy the Beam or ARC can I use one of my Connects to my 12 channel amp to work the surround?  and then do a Sonos Sub?  or do I have to get a connect:amp to do this?  

Can I connect the sonos one along with a sonos one sl as the two side speakers in a surround sound set up?

In the bedrooms we have sonos  Ones with alexa which all work fine.  Downstairs we have ceiling speakers powered by a sonos Connect amp, which is connected wifi to a sonos boost. Downstairs, we can play two or three songs then the music stops. happens on all streaming services, spotify, apple etc. happens all the time. any ideas please (and please keep the solution as un-technical as possible!!)   thanks  

Dear all,I have an implemented sound environment containing Beam (connected to TV), Sub and several Ones. Everything worked just perfect until I decided to connect my vinyl player to my sound equipment. I purchased Amp specifically for that purpose expecting that it would be able to take vinyl as input and stream it to existing equipment as output. However, it was not possible to add Amp to existing sound group during the setup, so it was only possible s to set it up as separate equipment group with separate output speakers. Is it possible to implement scenario I described above? If yes, what should be done to implement it?

I have a Playbar, sub and 2 rear surround speakers Used with my TV -  all great and love it. Want to now connect my turntable so it can use the same speakers. I have a Sony deck with a pre-amp and have just bought a connect, assuming that would be what I need. I’m useless with tech and thought the connect would send the signal from the deck to my existing speakers. Have I got that wrong and if not how do I connect the connect to the existing speakers? First let me say everything is working.I had two Sonos Amps and a Sonos Sub connected to Wifi and setup as front and rear TV speakers. All connected wirelessly.Now, I just connected the two Sonos Amps to each other with an ethernet cord and then a single ethernet cord from Amp to an ethernet switch which is connected to eero router. Sonos “About My System” shows WM:0 for both Amps as well as the Sonos Sub. Mind you the Sub has no ethernet cable connected to it. Everything works. I know, I consider myself lucky. :)My curosity comes from how Sonos is reporting the WM:0 and how it is reported in the eero app. It shows as a wireless connection, and also on the details page shows the “Sonos” wifi network. Kind of cool! (Screenshots below)So my questions are…why don’t the Sonos speakers show up as wired?Is there a way to confirm the wired setup beyond the “WM:0”?Should disable wifi in each of the Amps? (not really sure why this setting even exists...) Thanks!  

So I own several Sonos One and a Sonos Beam and am very happy with what the system does. Having said that I am very frustrated with what it doesn't do. I have a Sonos product in every room in my house except my office. I work from home and do not like having headphones in my ear and prefer to work through a speakerphone. Unfortunately Sonos does not have a product that works as a speakerphone and the most frustrating point is that Sonos does not support Alexa phone calling, texting or any other outside calling feature. And NO, I do not want to buy an echo dot. So now I see that the Sonos Move is coming out and am very interested in the Bluetooth feature with the Far Field Microphone array. Unfortunately, I only see from the marketing about how great it is for talking with AI assistants like Alexa and absolutely no information about how it will work as a professional speakerphone. My Question is: Has the Sonos Move been tested as a Bluetooth speaker phone? If so how well do the far f

I’ve bought a new NAS Synology DS-220+.I want it to be a source for my Sonos Music Libray.When i want to add the path to a folder of this new NAS, i receive a “error message 900”.I precisely executed the instructions found on the Sonos support site (IRPStackSize).It doesn’t work. any idea ?(Please note that if i try to add a folder on my old NAS, it works fine !)

Hi, this is my 1st post so please be kind.I have a 2 month old LG OLD65BX and this supports Atmos - I have recently spent a fair bit on a Sonos setup that includes the Arc & 2 x 1sl’s. (Received the Arc yesterday)  I am trying to get Atmos through the Apple TV app from the TV and others but all I am getting is Stereo PCM 2.0 - can anyone please assist with what i can try to get this resolvedIt’s also worth noting that the TV has eARC and the Arc is connected directly into this port

My 1st Generation system worked fine for 9 years then suddenly couldn't find my system components. Boot-up of the controller suddenly took 20 minutes. I use my Mac desktop for the controller. I hardwired the Bridge direct to the computer and the S5 Speaker, and still couldn't find the system. I hardwired the Router direct to the computer and speaker, still couldn't find the system. Reset controller and can't find sysytem. Checked Network, Firewall, Password and still can't find system. I understand that Sonos no longer supports these legacy components, but all components seem to function properly, and Company CEO says system lock-out won't happen. Anybody have any ideas of what else to check for?
