I currently have a pair of Sonos One (2nd Gen) speakers acting as my stereo, and I’m looking to add a Rega Planar 1 Plus turntable. The Planar 1 Plus model has a phono pre-amp integrated already, but due to the wireless nature of the Sonos Ones I know I’ll likely need a Sonos Amp or Port to link the turntable in. I’m just enquiring as to what the most straightforward setup would be; I don’t want to invest in the Amp just to find I’ve missed a step and need some other component to make it work. Thanks

Hello   A Boost has a mounting keyhole screw slot on its base so it can be (vertically) mounted on a wall.  I assume it can also sit flat on a desk or shelf (horizontal).  Is either type of mounting position better than the other. I  would like to mount my Boost upside down (horizontal) at the top of a garden door opening, to improve reception on my Move, when in the garden.  Am I ok or am I missing something.  BillMR

HelloA) If you can parallel wire 3 x Sonos by Sonance 8 ohm speakers to each channel of the AMP, this gives a total impedance seem by the AMP as 2.67 ohms.B) However the following page: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4730?language=en_US states you can only connect 2 x 8 ohm speakers per channel, this gives a total impedance seen by the AMP as 4 ohms.I don't understand if the amp can support (A) why I could not parallel connect 2 x 6 ohm Monitor Audio 180-T2 per channel - giving a total impedance seen by the amp as 3 ohms (greater than (A)).Can anyone explain this? Hi, I had Amazon Unlimited account which I've now ended. Everytime I now search for music and click on the songs shown I get a message that they are only available through Amazon unlimited.  I've deleted Amazon from Sonos, re-linked my account and I'm still getting this issue.  Any ideas what else to try?  

HiI have paired speakers(Symfonisk from IKEA) however one of the paired seems to drop out regularly. Any suggestions? thanks 

I used to have a group with both my products/Beam and One.  Now it says I have to have 3 products for a group?  When did that change and what is the work around? I don’t want to be forced to buy a 3rd products. I also have 3 additional ALEXA speakers,but I don’t think they can be grouped with Sonos

So, got an Arc yesterday but current 4K tv doesn’t have atmos or E-ARC. Looking at a TCL QLED tv at Costco abc it declares it has atmos, but doesn’t have the E-ARC hdmi slot? Will this work with the Sonos arc and provide atmos?

My entire 20,000+ library of songs on YouTube music are unable to be loaded into the que.  Further, the ability to shuffle songs has completed disappeared!  Basically, I am forced to listen to the most current songs as they appear.  Please Help!

Hi there, im new to Sonos, so please have mercy with maybe stupid questions.Im about to move into another Appartment and want to upgrade my current sound System. Right now i have big Towers which are looking very ugly and i want to buy some sonos to make a more decent looking living room.So we are planning to be a lot in the garden and on the terrace so i thought of the Sonos Move.My thoughts are to buy a Sonos Playbar to be placed infront of the TV. On the right side a Sonos One SL and on the left side a Sonos Move. If i want to hear music outside i can just pick up the one Sonos Move and take it outside.Is this setup possible? Can i connect all 3 Together to my TV? Is the Sonos Move on the left side good enough for the right side Sonos One SL in sound comparison? Hopefully you can help me :-)

Hello,I got a Sonos Beam recently and it’s very good but I’m trying to play music through Spotify Connect from my phone but it doesn’t even display the speaker.I tried from my laptop and another phone (Android and iPhone) and no luck, no Sonos Beam displayed, despite being on the same wifi network (I forced every device to be on the 2.4 GhZ network).I tried a lot of things (rebooting everything, disconnecting the app, etc.) but no success.I can play Spotify from the Sonos app but I would like to just use Spotify Connect.

I am using the Sonos S2 app on my Android phone.I purchased an Arc SL from Costco a few days ago. It set up perfectly.I just tried to add a Sub S3. Big problems adding it to my Arc SL.I see these messages:“Your Sub has been added to your system, but it will remain unused until you connect it later.” I tapped the icon labeled “Connect Sub to a product.” “Let’s add a Sub to one of your rooms. Would you like to use Sub with Sonos Arc SL?” I hit the Connect button. “Adding Sub. This may take a moment...” The Sub had a flashing white light. Then the light went to steady. Then it dimmed. “There was a problem adding your Sub. Check the network connection and make sure your product is powered on.”I tried three times, with the same results.I re-booted my wireless access point and tried again. I made changes to my wifi and since then my Sonos has completely stopped working. I have a playbase and two Sonos ones all set up in one room.  It was still working at first, despite the original wifi it was connected to changing the name. But I couldn’t find my Sonos on Spotify. When I tried to check this out I was first told to update the app version. After this all the instructions online were now inconsistent with the new app.  today I went to plug in one of the Sonos Ones into the router via Ethernet. Initially, it tells me I am now set up on the new wifi. But when I unplug it and go back downstairs to where the others are it says there is a problem.  i have now retried this 4 times with both smaller speakers with multiple different methods and nothing. There is now no sound at all and I keep getting error methods.  honestly, this is unfathomably infuriating. The fact you can’t make these changes without plugging a speaker into a router is crazy. Hello,I have installed my new set-up, and strangely, my Sonos app is saying that the Arc receives PCM 2.0 audio while playing a movie from Netflix app on my ATV3.ATV is connected to TV with HDMI 1 (last firmware from Apple)Sonos Arc is connected to TV with HDMI 2 (eArc port, with eArc capable cable)in TV, sound setting for HDMI1 is bitstreamin TV, sound output is Auto (I tried Dolby Digital as well)in ATV3, sound output is Dolby DigitalAm i missing something in my set-up that prevent the Arc to output Dolby 5.1?ThksValyno

So in our house we have two wi-fi networks: the main Virgin one, and then I have an AirPort Extreme connected by Ethernet to the Virgin router, the AirPort broadcasts as a separate network.The AirPort network was created during lockdown to boost upstairs office signal strength.  I have a One SL in the office, configured to the original Virgin network (three Sonos products in the setup).  Overall the AirPort network seems to be stronger and I want to try switching over to it.  Bear in mind that the AirPort network doesn’t work if the Virgin network is switched off - so when I open the Sonos app the original network is always recognised, Based on my reading this does not seem to be a straightforward process.  Is the only option to reset all three speakers and reconfigure as a new network?  I don’t have Sonos playlists etc so not a big deal necessarily (apart from being very laborious).  I’m no firmware designer but it does occur to me that Sonos users are like most other people who move

I have had an Audible.ca account for many years, I bought Sonos originally so that I could play my Audible books on Sonos.  It worked well, but in the years I have had it, searching the Sonos/Audible book list has been a nightmare.  It rarely worked and never, for example, gave a complete list of the books I had for any given author.  In a bored moment, I tried it again yesterday - Joy!!! - search on Audible/Sonos worked perfectly and very quickly, amazing - nothing has changed on my Sonos for a while and I really do not keep track of Audible updates, so no idea when or why the system(s) started working.Today, I thought I would search for a book in my Audible library via Sonos and play it - but the Sonos service was not longer visible on the MacBook Pro.  All I have done since last night is switch the Mac off last night, then on today - but there is no Audible service on the Mac, So I re-added the service, re-registered (it said I was already subscribed), the service reappeared in the

Hello friends! There is a problem: my friend gave me his old Sonos Play 1, but FORGOT to disconnect it from his account. I cannot connect it to my system until he disconnects it, but he switched from sonos to another system and does not want to remember his account. What should I do? I cannot reset it to factory settings.

Following my upgrade to Sonos Controller S2 (to accommodate my new OneSL speaker), I can no longer access my music library.  I’ve tried deleting and re-adding it, but the add gets access denied,also.NOTE:  When I upgraded to S2, I got an error message saying that SonosLibraryService could not be started.  I’m guessing that may be the ultimate source of my problem.  If so, what can I do to fix that issue?
