Hejsajeg kører med S1app og pludselig er alle mine højtaler forsvundet.jeg har prøvet alle jeres fejlfindingsmetoder og har nu fået ca det halve af produkterne tilbage på min app. Men resten vil bare ikke - mangler pt. 1 stk soundbar, 2 stk symphoni, 1 stk play 5, 2 stk play 1, 1 stk subdet er som om at jeg kan finde enhederne men det falder af igen under konfiguration app styres via iPad/iPhone iOS 14.2 og alt er opdateret.

Anyone else noticed and very annoyed by the missing buttons in v12.2.2 (at least on iOS & Android)? If I search within my services and load an album/playlist that way, I can still play/shuffle play. But those two CORE FUNCTIONS have gone missing when playlists/albums are selected from Recently Played. Which renders ‘Recently Played’ essentially useless.

Hello! I have several Echo Dots and several Sonos Ones throughout my home.  Recently (perhaps coinciding with my update to S2), when I say, “Alexa” in a room with an Echo Dot, a Sonos One in a different room responds, which of course I can barely hear.  Is there a way to choose a primary device for responding if multiple devices hear the wake word or to adjust the sensitivity of listening for the wake word per device? This used to work perfectly but now if I don't whisper to my Dots, the Ones always respond. Thanks!

I know this has been raised as a HDMI ARC problem but no, the issue is design. I want to occasionally listen to my tv via AirPods but Beam requires me to ‘physically unplug’ HDMI. Very 2011. Software update this please - keep internet, keep power, keep Alexa etc but toggle input off. If not give us a simple on off button. 

I am unable to connect my Play 5 gen 1 to bridge, line in also does not work.  The chime works when I press mute or volume but that is all.  The lights flash green but sometimes are just steady amber.  I have tried rebooting, factory reset, direct ethernet connection - nothing works.

Play 3 no longer works and led does not light at all despite plugging in again holding mute button. Is it broken completely?

I have two homes.  Each home has a wifi network with the same SSID (we’ll call it Gandalf for simplicity).  The idea was that anyone who had access to the SSID in house A would also have access in house B. I have a reasonable sized Sonos system in house A (Play:Bar, sub, and about 8 Play:1 and Connect devices).  At house B, I have a Play and a Move. I’m running into a problem getting Google Assistant set up on the Move at House B.  When i go into the Google Assistant setup process, it can not find the Move when it looks for it.  I have already stripped down the network (killed off the 5GHz access, and disabled the additional Access Points).   Could the fact that I have two systems on the same SSID be posing a problem?  Is there something else that’s causing this issue? Worth noting that I did have this working for about 2 weeks.  Then I had to reset a bunch of stuff with my Google account, and we’re back to square 0… Thanks 

Help! I got my Sonos Move today. I have older products and use the Sonos1 app. I cannot get the Sonos Move to connect to the system. 

My TV and Sonos Arc are wall mounted over a natural gas fireplace, exactly where the previous owner of the condo (I just moved in) had his TV and Sonos sound bar. The Arc is 14 inches above the fireplace. There is no mantle protecting it from the fireplace heat. Does anyone know what is the heat tolerance of the Arc? The previous owner tells me that he never had any issues with his Sonos Arc and had used his fireplace a lot.  Before I start using the fireplace, I’d like to know the heat tolerance of the Sonos Arc.ThanksStephen

Hello, The Sonos app / controler allows to easily disable the Wifi of the Sonos players. It seems that not a lot of multiroom systems allow this and in my opinion this is one of the advantages of the Sonos systems. Indeed, for the ones like me who want to limit electromagnetic waves (precautionary principle) or just give priority to Ethernet connection, it would be an appreciated functionality. Some of the new Sonos players like the Sonos One integrate bluetooth capabilities. My wish is to have the possibility to disable the bluetooth. I know that it is supposed to be used only initially (at the first installation of the product) but some have noticed that Bluetooth waves are still emitted by the device after the set up phase. My goal is not to start a debate regarding the impact of electromagnetic waves but to ask for this ability (something common on a lot devices especially smartphones). Just bought a full home theater system (Arc, Sub, One sl), very excited for it to arrive, well just got it, installed it, working fine for music.  Got it connected to my Sony oled 55-a8f.  Connected it directly to arc input (the configuration was very dificult, (arc kept saying that another device was interfering with arc system and couldn’t get it to work from TV.  Tried disconnecting all devices from TV and connected just the arc, that worked.  Connected everything back and everything was working fine until I turned off the TV, once I turned it back on Arc got disconnected from TV.  Had to configure it again(remove all devices connected) and reconnect Arc.  Same thing keeps repeating.  I researched online and found out that I am not the only one, tried connecting with the optical adapter and everything seems to work fine now but what about Dolby Atmos??  This was the reason for me to buy this system in the first place.  Is there any update or anything that can be done so that I can c

Hello My diagnostics report number is: 1482044825 The left output and LFE sub channel on my Sonos Amp is not working properly. The problem started today after I did some rewiring around my house and reconnected the amp. Due to this problem I have tried hard resetting the Amp and the app, with no luck.  Left and LFE channel does not work with Line in. I have verified that my PC is not the problem as I tried a different amplifier and both channels worked. The only way to get both speakers working is if I run the amp in Mono mode, but I don’t want that. I want to use stereo. The speakers are not the problem since I tried them on a different amp. Both speakers work while using Spotify or any other streaming WITHIN the Sonos app, but the subwoofer output channel does not work in any mode I try.  I verified that the balance on both my PC and Sonos was on 0, so both channels should be working. Hi I am the owner of 3 Play 5 gen 1 and a Playbar - i connect them to my bridge which are connected to my network switch.But my bridge is now dead - not power in it - and I can't get my Play 5 to connect or work - so I guess it is because i need to bridge to connect?I looks like i can't buy the Bridge anymore.Is there anyone who can help with a good advise - should it work without the Bridge og what to do ?

Room (on new Amp) appears on some S2 apps but not on others? All hardware up to date. Reinstalled S2 app and the problem persisted. What’s going on?

Has anyone in the group experienced Alexa losing its connection when it’s close (in proximity) to a sonos speaker?   I’m ticking off possible issues with our Alexa dropping (intermittent wifi) connection.   The rest of the house WIFI is ok (verified already and other iOS devices operate when Alexa is down).  I’m wondering if there is a channel interference issue being so close.   Thanks

Is there any way to make the touch controls on the top of the beam work? Toggling the Touch Controls on/off doesn’t make a difference, I’m never able to play/pause or change the volume when playing music. My voice control also isn’t working and the mic button won’t respond, but that may be something separate. Only about 100 sounds from a soundcloud playlist are loading on sonos. Have tried removing and reinstalling both apps with no luck. Any suggestions?

Updated my Sonos S1 app this morning, and now I can't group any more than two speakers. If I try to add a third, the new addition plays, but playback immediately stops from one of the speakers that was previously in the group. Seems to be random as to which one stops playing, and it'll still play individually.

Hiya guys , I’m thinking of upgrading my Sonos sound bar to the Sonos arc , I’ve the sub gen 2 and 2 play ones , will the sub and play ones all pair up with a new Sonos arc ? I’m fully aware I need to update my tv to get the full immersive sounds etc but for now thinking of getting the arc to eventually have the Dolby atmos . Cheers guys 

I’m trying to fix this issue that has had all the basic troubleshooting attempts without any change. Whilst streaming Dolby Atmos audio from Netflix, the sound will randomly drop out all together after approximately  20-30 minutes. The only fix is to rewind a few seconds and reload the video - which then allows another 20-30 minutes until it drops again.   I’m streaming via the internal Netflix app on my SonyA8H using a 48gbps HDMI cable from my EARC connection through to my Sonos ARC.  The Sonos system info will say Audio In: Silence when this happens. My diagnostic confirmation number is 644717621. Any help would be greatly appreciated, can’t work out any other troubleshooting ideas.  

 Is it possible to pair two sonos move devices in bluetooth mode to listen to stereo sound.

We are fairly new to Sonos, at present we only have one Sonos speakers, it’s a Sonos One. We have a couple of new Amazon Echo Dots. While we both love the actual sound from the Sonos, the Alexa side of it is a bit of a disappointment, we find we have to shout loud to get it to use commands, we are going to buy a couple more Sonos SL speakers to use in another room to use in stereo via an Echo Dot, have no problems with echo dot and commands. The Sonos One is approx 3.5 meters away from were we sit, and having to shout loud command is a pain, especially is the lady in the house has to shout them..lol. Can I switch the mic off on the Sonos One and control it by an Amazon Echo Dot which will be right next to we’re we sit, we never have to raise our voices with any of the Echo Dots.

I have a new Beam that I am trying to connect to 2 x Ones.I think I have followed the instructions correctly, i.e.:Under Products, I choose my Beam I click ‘+ Set Up Surrounds’However, this is where I get stuck and keep getting the same message:‘Two compatible Sonos speakers are required to add surrounds. Make sure your products are powered on and connected to WiFi’The speakers are patently powered on and connected. I can play music through the two of the separately, but cannot for the life of me get them to connect. Any advice?
