Hi there,in the app, I see the option to increase/decrease the audio delay, but is there a way to turn it off completely.I’m probably not using the Era as intended.. I have connected via the Line-In adapter to an old Yamaha Keyboard. Play is to use it as the speaker for the keyboard and an extra speaker for the room at other times. Even the low 75ms delay makes it difficult to play the keyboard and feel natural.
I am unable to change my profile name. It always defaults to some computer generated name.
Please , How can I remove RAY SONOS from my profile.I returned it to the dealer.Thank you Mirek
I have used Sonos daily for more than 15 years and I’m really just tired of a buggy product that has below average support. I love Sonos when it works but I’m just exhausted by constant troubleshooting and ready to invest in our next system. Does anyone in this community have any recommendations other than Sonos?

So I have been running S1 & S2 simultaneously for awhile now. I am now ready to fully jump to S2. I have some SONOS playlist though on my S1 that I would like to move to S2. Is that possible. I still have one device running the S1 software.
Having dropouts. Can’t put my finger on why. Here are the facts: I have the following Sonos equipment:Sonos Boost - Hardwired into an ethernet switch in the garage, where my router is, at the front of the house. Sonos SL - in the same garage as Boost and router - not wired. No ethernet available. Sonos Arc, subwoofer and two Play:1 in my theater, basically the next room moving back towards the house. This is not wired, but could easily be wired as I have a backhaul to my router Sonos Base, two Play:1 speakers in the family room. This room is basically in the middle of my house. None of theses speakers are wired to ethernet but could easily be. Again, I have a backhaul to the router Off the family room is the Kitchen. I have one Sonos One SL. Not wired, No Ethernet available Sonos One SL in the Master Bathroom at the very back of the house. Not wired, no ethernet available. In the near future, there will be 3 Gen 2 Sonos Connects which will stream to three sets of outdoor speakers.
Just upgraded to three Era 100s, and have a Move. Spectrum just upgraded to Sagemcom SAX1V1S router which doesn't seem to be compatible with my system. Recommendations for a new router?
Hey all.I just upgraded my Beam G1 to G2. I was thinking if it would be good to use the Beam G1 as well with the G2? I have G2 and two Symfonisk for surround. Would using G1 make a better sound if I have them together in a living room and connected to our TV?Your thoughts?Cheers!

Is it possible to provide a list of Sonos Authorized showroom / Dealer in Schenzen Countries ?
I have a playbar, sub and play 3. I realize they are older products; however, who is as dissatisfied as me with regards to the abandonment of legacy products? Clearly Sonos is no longer a premium brand. Has anyone been able to get a satisfactory solution from Sonos?

Hi folks, looking for a bit of advice with regard to selling on items that may then be used to get a discount on new products.I have a Connect Gen 2 unit that I no longer use. I thought I’d sell it on eBay, hopefully for a reasonable price, and I noticed that enquiries came in from dubious buyers who only seemed interested in seeing the product’s serial number. I realised that if I sent details of the serial number that this could be used to purchase a new product at a discounted price; is this correct? If the serial number is used for this purpose, does that automatically invalidate the original item? I think/hope I’ve avoided being scammed this way, and now wonder if the Connect is now potentially unusable, or will be if the serial number is later used in this way? I thought I was being clever by not sending picture details on the Connect itself, but of course the number is on the box. 🙄

Hi, Some advice please. I've a Sonos system that comprises of the following: Amp (wired, via ethernet, to the router)Play 5Play 3Playbar, 2 x Play 1, Sub (linked for Lounge/TV setup) MoveRoam The problem I have is that I suffer from intermittent audio loss when streaming radio across my lounge setup and, my 'gut feeling' is, that this is probably being caused by a weak Sonos Net signal because the lounge setup is furthest from the wired Amp. Is there any way I can improve the strength of the Sonos Net signal? Would wiring in a Sonos boost to the router and let that generate the Sonos Net instead of the Amp help? Grateful for any advice anyone can provide?
Hey everyone. I wanted to highlight a feature released a while back but rarely used. Embedded media. Embedded media converts a supported link into a player directly on the site. Some of you may have seen it when people share youtube videos on Reddit, where it allows you to play the video while staying on Reddit instead of going to YouTube and watching it. To test this out, we wanted a thread where you can all share links to test the feature and find its limitations. Underneath here, you can see how you add an embedded link: Note: When embedding media, use the direct browser URL (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oxv6IRcuNaI) and not the embedded URL (https://www.youtube.com/embed/Oxv6IRcuNaI - mind the /embed/) There are a few caveats, of course. One is that cookies are essential for this feature to work. Another is some types of media might be region restricted. Is Sonos as good as Bose?
Since 23rd May I can no longer play my android files via my Play 1. This speaker is not bluetooth capable so why has Sonos degraded my usability?
