Does seeing mixed-raced couples in advertisements offend you?

Hey OP, the 1950’s just called. They want their ignorant, racist bigotry back.

Nobody tell him that Sonos makes both white and black speakers too!

Some sympathy with the gist of the OP.

The world seems woke! It’s unnecessary!

The world seems woke! It’s unnecessary!

It is the pendulum phenomenon. Neither good nor bad, but inevitable.

Creating ads that reflect the diversity of modern couples and marriages is “woke”? When you see a mixed-race couple enjoying their Sonos speakers, do you feel disgusted? Does it bring you fear? Or both?

@pilotdave @Stuart H Watson

Are your views really about mixed couples (which typically refers to those involving people of color) or any mixed race couple? Also, you must have selective memory as I have seen advertisements of couples of the same race and those with children. So your statement about EVERY couple is hog wash.

Questions:

Which race would you prefer to see predominantly represented?

Do you have an issue with advertising that may reflect members/couples of the LGBTQ Community?

Of course I don’t expect you to answer the above questions which is mostly a rhetorical ask.
