Somebody has been accessing my Sonos system. This has been happening now for a long time but now got more frequent. Usually there is some TV-show playing. Only thing that comes to my mind is friends coming over have still some kind of access.  Moderator Note - Removed diagnostics from post and recorded the reference number. 

I purchased a Sonos Arc a week a go. I set up Trueplay and adjusted the EQ and Height settings but it sounded no different. I then noticed the next day everything had reset overnight and trueplay was switched off. I reinstalled the app, switched trueplay on adjusted the settings and it sounded great. Next day, trueplay is off and settings reset again! The settings on my other Sonos speakers are retained, it is just the Arc. Any help please?ThanksChris

My Sub and Arc doesn’t sound right. Like it’s missing mid base or something. I’ve unplugged them several times and and tried retuning the system. It is paired with Surrounds FYI. I have the base all the way up just to get some depth from the system, where it use to sound great with everything at 0 after a retune. Did the update do this?

My Sony A80CL-77 is set up with an ARC and two ERA300s. The sound has been great when I stream through apps on the Apple TV, play a blu-ray, or just watch television. Yesterday, I tried watching one of the movies to stream through the Bravia Core (they give credits for movies when you buy a new TV), and the sound was off by about a second. I tried a second movie with the same result. The weird thing was that when I messed with the settings or returned to viewing, it always synced for about ten seconds and then would sort of skip and then be out of sync again. My wifi connection is very fast, and as I mentioned above, I’ve had no issues with any other streaming, even just through the tv and not the Apple TV.Any suggestions?

We use our Sonos on our living room tv for rich excellent sound no matter what we’re watching. Since the app update I cannot easily find the tv button and get it fully functioning, arc, sub and 2 wireless ONE SL’s the wireless rears.   Sometimes takes 10-20 min to get it to pop up and function! Very frustrate and tired of this!  Solution???ScottLincoln, NE

Hi to all. Just purchased a Sonos ray and trying to connect it to my tv. All going well until it try’s to update and comes up with error code 1101 …? I’ve rebooted  my router , rebooted the app etc etc… obviously can’t get throw to the svc desk as they must be swamped . Any ideas..? Thanks to all 🙏🙏

Hello Since updates to my TV and Sonos System, I only get PCM 2.0. So DTS discs sound terrible.I hope they fix this soon, any ideas?System:LG C1Sonos ARC , sub and 100’sApple TV 4KPanasonic UB820 I have tried all the different settihngs in a all combos and reset the TV and No go.Its very annoying. Thanks 

My system is:Sony Bravia 4K VH21 TV (model is XR-55A95K)SONOS Amp (attached via eARC to the TV)2 SONOS Move speakers (the speakers are the 1 and not the newer MOVE2)The audio usually (but not always) connects regularly and promptly.However, I regularly have trouble (almost always) getting audio thru TV system - often times even though the app shows speakers connected. Internet connection (although in an adjacent room) is strong and I have tried many trouble shooting techniques, eg:restarting modem and router resetting Move speakers back to factory settings and re-connecting to system etc.Eventually, I can usually get the TV audio to work thru the system, but it takes time and is extremely frustrating.Any advice or help would be most welcome and appreciated.Thx! 

Under first installation the speaker can’t perform an update, fault code 1101

Hoping to set up a “home theater” using 4 x Play 1 and 1 x playbar. All gen 1.Currently have the playbar and 2 x play1’s as a right and left surround (all 3 of these speakers are in the front of the room) and added the 2 other play 1s in the rear of the room on the left and right.I do not see a way to create “surround” sound meaning identifying the speaker in their positions as front right, front left, rear right and rear left.I see several articles about setting up a “home theater” in settings but do not see that option in my app.Is this even possible?

My ARC was working fine on my Sony TV, when i turned on the TV it found the ARC input on the TV and switched to the proper input after that. Now it doesnt switch to the proper HDMI input for TV.  I have to manually switch the TV input for Video.  What can I do to correct this?  

I was given a Bose Cinemate II system. I’ve managed to get it working together with my Beam but there is a latency issue that causes the sound to be too boomy/echoey. Is there a workaround for this? I’ve tried adjusting TV Dialogue Sync but that only made things worse. 

Hello, I purchased the Sonos ARC two days ago. Despite all possible attempts, I have not been able to connect it (ERROR 1101)If it might help, I live in Poland, using internet from NETIA provider, with a Huawei HG8245X6-10 modem and iOS devices. Please help.

I’m looking at setting up new system in new home build. Wanting to sanity check it will work well as no expert. I am proposing to use set up.arc soundbar mounted hdmi to tv2 in-wall sonance speakers (L&R)2 8” ceiling sonance speakers Sonas amp to power these four speakers. Cableing is prewired. single subwoofer  Will this work as atmos system connect when using tv but also be good for playing music. Loud.    

Hi all,My setup:Sonos Amp Beam Gen 1 Sky Glass 65 MA BR2 (Passive) Rega Planar P2 (Hmmmm need a preamp now too). I finally got around to purchasing my Sonos Amp.   Followed the instruction to get it set up via ethernet, directly in to my router.   Added the Amp to the Beam as the “Surrounds”. i.e. Rear left and right channels.However i am not getting any rear audio at all (The spekers work as I can play standard audio from Apple music though only when they are  in a seperate configuration). I have tried:Removing and readding the speakers,  Complete system reboot and power cycle, same for the router Chaning the glass to Passthrough.  Which works in that i get audio through the beam. Sky and Sonos on latest firmwre, app versionIt apears as though the network is working as the volume button on the amp adjusts the beam volume. Any suggestions please?Best and thanksJames NOTE:  Is analog audio always disbled in this configuration.  My earlier reasearch seemed to indicate i could still use t

Since buying and setting up my Samsung Frame TV 2020 with Sonos Arc, Sub and SL One pair a few years ago, I have dealt with the regular and sometimes daily problem of volume loss. More specifically, no matter what I do with the Frame’s remote, I cannot get/control volume.The Sonos Arc is connect to the Frame via the HDMI ARC cable provided by Sonos. I have run updates on the Frame & every Sonos product I own.If I unplug the Sonos Arc, the Samsung Frame’s native speakers work immediately.Last I heard about this, Sonos and Samsung were working on a fix:I have tried every troubleshooting step and cannot get my set up to function properly and remain stable.Can anyone at Sonos please provide a definitive explanation as to why this is happening and if anything is being done to resolve the issue once and for all.Thank you.

Hi newbie hoping for some helpI have a beam gen 2 connected to LG CX.On the app the audio is showing as TV audio HDMI.And when I check in my system details the audio in detail is blank.Im getting audio fine but want to check I'm getting Atmos etc. I also have 2 play 1's connected.My TV settings are; E arc on, pass through on, bitstream for all connections. And DTV autoAny help would be great as I know I'm playing Atmos content through Xbox and Netflix but for some reason can't see it on the app.

Hello i had Beam gen 2 connected with sub mini and surrounds One SL. Now i changed Beam for Arc. I connected sub mini with it normally but i can't connect surrounds it's not possible to find them. I tried reconnect wifi on it, factory reset but still not working. I don't know what to do. Thank you 

I have a play bar sub gen 2 and 2 play ones and a play 5 up stairs , the sound goes down all by it self , any one else as this problem

Hello all,I’m seeking help in setting up a Sonos Arc, Sonos Amp (which are connected to ceiling speakers) and Subwoofer to my Sony Bravia TV. Here’s how my set up is:I have 2 amps, that are connected to each other Each amp is connected to 2 ceiling speakers (1 amp family room and 1 amp kitchen) I also have a subwoofer connected to the family room amp via wifi or bluetooth (can’t remember) I have 4 HDMI slots on my Sony Bravia My current set up is the HDMI cable connected to the amps is plugged into the HDMI Arc on my TV When I turn on the TV, the sound comes through the family room speakers and the volume can be controlled by the remote If I want TV to play in the kitchen speakers, I connect it with the Sonos App This set up works fine I now installed a Sonos Arc Soundbar and plugged it into the HDMI Arc on the TV I have the Sonos Amp HDMI cable plugged into a regular HDMI port on the TV The TV sound now only comes out of the Sonos Arc and I can’t figure out how to have the sound also

Hi everyone, Any idea why the sonos app for ios is different to the android one. The uos one doesn't have home theater sextion so I can't adjust the sync function! Any ideas ? 

With the prior app, I always saw a link to activate my TV connection with my Sonos equipment. Now sometimes I’m able to find a TV link, but when I do, I cannot get my Sonos beam, sub and One SL speakers to function with my TV. Is there any chance we can all go back to the prior app until the new one is functioning properly?

Hi,Just got one arc + sub + era 300 (x2) setup. I paired them with my phone and tv and they are setup with the era 300 as surrounds. Everything works fine when i play music with my iphone, but when i try to watch something on tv, both era300 seem to not be working at all. It’s weird because i’ve already setup the “music playback” option on the sonos app on my iphone to “full” and they’re still not working. Just to clarify again, they only don’t work when i play something in my tv. The arc and the sub work fine.I’d appreciate if you could provide me with the following steps to solve this issue.Thank you
