Hi, is ti possible / recommended to adjust all Sonos speakers (Arc, 2*Era 300, Sub Gen3) with TruePlay when grouped in Home Theater mode? What is in this case the procedure? Thanks!

Yes, you can Trueplay that (or any) Home Theater configuration (Amp requires the Sonos by Sonance Architectural in-wall or in-ceiling speakers if used as fronts). The procedure is just like any other room:
