I’ve connected a sonos sound bar  to the router and now can’t connect to the samsung television.

I have connected the soundbar to the TV via the ARC socket but it still doesn’t connect.

What am I doing wrong?

Maybe this will help.  I read here that Samsung is not that easy to setup for ARC / eARC use.  I don’t believe that is necessarily the case.  I do know my neighbor has a Samsung soundbar that can connect to the Tv via Bluetooth, WiFi or eARC.  At this point his soundbar only connects via Bluetooth or WiFi.  He may have connected the soundbar to the wrong HDMI port, but I have not looked at this yet because his TV is an 85” ‘hung’ on the wall.  It weighs 88 pounds.  We would have to lift it off the wall, find a raised surface to place it on then look to see which HDMI he plugged the soundbar into.  At my age, and his, that would be a challenge.
