As from the screenshot, the settings of surround has disappeared from Sonos app. Anybody knows something about it? There is no more the possibility to set rear speakers volume and distance. Thx 

HI,I have a SAMSUNG QLED TV and a XGIMI HORIZON, both with eArc. I would like to be able to connect both devices to the SONOS ARC, to do this I understand that I only need a SWITCH that has 2 HDMI eArc inputs and 1 HDMI eArc output.Although it seems simple, no matter how much I search I can't find it...Can anyone help me with this issue?Thank you!

Many movies use the center Chanel for dialog. AMP  currently has no support for a physical center channel speaker. My work around is to use a gen 2 sound bar as a separate system in the same room with the amp connected to the ARC channel and the soundbar using optical output from the TV. This works well most of the time but sometimes develops an echo. Can you provide a software fix to sync two systems in the same room or allow the amp stream to a center channel. My current setup is also great for music as my older Sonos Faber LR speakers don’t have the top end clarity of the Sonos speakers. The AMP is a great product that could be marketed for home theater applications if iit has a way to support a physical center channel by coupling a second system better and you could sell more hardware. 

After installing the latest update I noticed speech enhancement and night sound were turned off I turn them on but in terms of audio coming from arc nothing changed at all. Also my usual listening volume of 30 is quiet all of a sudden. Please fix this and your random muting speakers

Why does volume level greatly vary by cable channel?

I bought a Sonos arc and just want to add it to my Sonos app, when I follow all the steps until I can select my location (after connecting to the network) then I get the 1.101 error. And the device is not showing in the app. when I then download the Sonos s1 app it recognizes the arc soundbar but an error shows ‘not compatible’. I don’t understand why it shows on the s1 app, but I can’t do anything with it, and  on my normal Sonos app it doesn’t show…  already tried factory resetting, restarting router, deleting app,…. anyone the same issue and has a solution??

I just purchased a sonos ray soundbar, i have tried to connect it to my samsung tv (oled) and it is saying it is “unable to update” i have tried numerous times to connect it and am still struggling 

Hi, Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. I am a huge music listener but, on the whole, consider myself fairly tech illiterate. I just got married and our first gift to ourselves was a Sony 65” Bravia 4K OLED XR A80L. My dad wanted to buy a soundbar for us, and he planned to gift us the JBL Bar 700, which he currently owns and I’ve listened to before. After chatting with the salesman at Best Buy, I decided to go with the Sonos Arc instead. He mentioned that I would not necessarily need a sub woofer, but I knew it’s something I would eventually get. After setting it up, I’m honestly pretty disappointed with the overall sound quality. Even with the volume in the 80s listening to music, I expected it to sound…more full? I have changed my surrounds from one sl to era 300 .since then I can not add alexa on my beam mic saying off ,mic saying on both era unable to switch off on era and can not switch on beam tried alexa enabled skill settings switched back on still no joy 

I have Play3s in my living room (for music only) but need a soundbar, and I’d like to use them all for my TV now. I read somewhere that if I use the Arc with my Play3s, there will be some sort of delay. Is that true?

I just bought a Sonos Beam Gen 2 and followed the set up guide, installed the Sonos app on my Google Pixel 5 Android phone but when I get to the step where it tries to connect the beam to my wifi, it comes up with this error message:“We couldn’t connect to TP-Link_62B4. Make sure you’re using the right password for this network. I have an old Zone Player 90 along with the 200 Controller and I would like to get rid of my old stereo receiver that I play my music through and replace with a Surround Set with Beam. Would music I stream and music from my library be able to play through my Zone Player and come out through the Beam? I also have a Player 5 and two Sonos One speakers. Would the Zone Player recognize the Beam?

I have a new Sonos ARC and Sub .. Has been working fine for a while.. recently the sub stopped playing when I connected to my TV and now even if I disconnect it from the HDMI it still will not play.  I have done the hard reset with the sub and reinstalled it to the system  twice with no luck.  Play help this is sooo frustrating.. I miss the old sonos systems that we simply hardly ever updated and always worked.. 

Hello everyone, I watched The Batman and Ghost in the Shell today. For both movies the app is showing PCM7.1 instead of Dolby Atmos. My LG C2 TV is set to passthrough. I don't know where the issue is! Can someone help me. 

I am unable to add my Ray sound bar to my System; my two One SL speakers are still working fine over WiFi.I bought all three back in December 2022 and everything was working fine until a few weeks ago, when the Ray no longer appeared in the Sonos app (iOS). It was still working as a sound bar for my TV, but I couldn’t control it with my Sonos app. I can see and control the One SL speakers with the Sonos app, but the Ray will not complete registration and cannot be added to my system. I have done the factory-reset process on the Ray about 7 times, using the Sonos app on my iPhone.  It goes through the ‘Add Speaker or Component’ process until it gets to the end where it wants to register the Ray to my System and it says “There was a problem adding your Ray to your system. Try again later.” I click Done and under my System it shows the Ray, but with an exclamation point and directing me to Fix It. When I try to fix it as directed, it gives me the same “There was a problem adding your Ray”

I can't connect sonos ray and sonos sub mini together

Hi everyone,I've recently upgraded from a Sonos Playbase to a Sonos Arc, paired with two Sonos Play:3 speakers. While the overall sound quality is impressive, I've encountered an issue where dialogue is more pronounced on the left side of the Arc.Upon researching, I found that this might be a common problem related to the placement of a tweeter on the left side of the Arc, which affects voice output.Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any known solutions or upcoming software updates that could address this voice imbalance?Thanks for your assistance!

I struggle with connecting the Arc in the app. I go through the setup, connecting to the wifi (2.5 Ghz) but when updating the firmware I get a 1101 error (failed updating firmware). But the Arc connects, and I hear sound while watching tv etc. But it doesn’t show in the app. 

Since the App update I cannot connect my LG Magic remote (C3 TV) to my Playbar.  it worked fine previously.  I have selected Sonos as the manufacturer and tried to connect via the Sonos App but no luck.  Has anybody else experienced the same issue and found a work around?

It would be great if Sonos could make its Amp product able to use ceiling speakers for the height channel in Dolby Atmos audio. Surely that wouldn’t be hard to do as an option for Amp set-up and use?Any chance Sonos will do this at some time? 

I have a turntable connected to Port (named Turntable) and I have an arc soundbar grouped with the Port.  My turntable sounds through the Arc just fine. Problem is I use the Arc also for TV sound and to stream music in my master bedroom (the Arc is named master bedroom).  When i ask my voice assistant (Sonos or Alexa) to play music on “master bedroom” I hear nothing. When I open the app I see the music playing on “Turntable” and have to manually group it again with “Master Bedroom.”  I’ve tried turning the Arc setting to “ungroup on autoplay” both on and off. Doesn’t seem to affect the issue I’m having at all.  I had used the Port and Arc grouped previously with no issue. My system hasn’t changed, though the app had been upgraded and Sonos Voice added since I setup my Port and Arc. I’m at my wit’s end with this and tired of having to manually control these speakers. 

Since Monday, May 20, 2024, the volume slider in Android sonos app constantly resets to a very low volume, appropriately 15%. For both TV and music. The app is up to date as of May 21 and I have unplugged and plugged in an attempt to reboot system. Nothing system seems to affect this and it makes the entire Arc and Era 300s system useless. Anyone else experiencing this? Any tips or suggestions? I'm on hold with customer service with over 60 minutes wait time. Thanks for anything you got. 

Hello, I recently bought a pair of Sonos Era 300. I use them on my LG TV connected to an Apple TV 4K as a Stereo pair positioned on each side of the TV.I was wondering if there is any way to produce Dolby Atmos sound via such setup for movie and/or music? Is it actually possible to get Dolby Atmos via AirPlay at all? Thanks for your help in advance!

My phone and Sonos beam 2 are connected to the same network but my app cannot find the speaker.Any suggestion on how I can rectify this?

Just recently discovered that my app does not recognize my system.   For awhile I lost the whole system including Alexa in my house. My app shows nothing  or products I have.  I played with it some and I recovered my arc and  the 300’s but no sub.   I have internet connection.  did the app crashed?   I tried to install but says the app says it’s an error.  I deleted the app and reinstalled
