My Sonos Arc has been installed in my media wall at home - I have just had to change my internet provider and I need to re sync the Arc to use its features - HOWEVER - I cannot get to the rear of the unit with disassembly of the total media wall (inbuilt fire - tv - shelving units etc ) - Is there anyway of re connecting to the Arc without access to the rear of the unit ??

 Can you use the same WiFi login credentials for the new router that you used for the previous router?
