I recently updated my WiFi network and I have not been able to connect the playbase to it.I tried a few solutions but they all failed.1 - I factory reset the playbase and although the led was blinking Green, the app was unable to connect to it.2 - I connected an Ethernet cable to it and it started working fine. I updated the software and enabled the WiFi. As soon as I disconnect the cable, the app stops recognizing it and it becomes useless.I tried 1 and 2 using an IPhone and an Android phone and the results are always the same.Can someone help me with this problem?Thanks a lot! 

Hello I have had my Beam for a number of years with absolutely no issues.  Over the last week or so when watching Television it will switch the source from TV to Music Library causing the sound from TV to drop out and l have to go to the Sonos app to reselect TV as source.  I’ve tried various solutions, factory reset etc but still having the same issue.  This seems to happen roughly every hour.  Any suggestions of a solution would be appreciated, thanks.

I have arc connected through earc from tv to arc. I have amp that runs 4 speakers in ceiling where tv is. ( not Sonos speakers ) speakers are wired back to amp. when I play music all speakers ceiling and arc play music well. Try play balanced etc. when I play tv only arc sound bar works. How to I get tv audio to play through tv arc soundbar and ceiling speakers. Just want surround sound for tv or playing music videos or channels audio works on all speakers like it dies when I play Spotify through same system. thanks

I've had my Beam 2 with a sub mini connected since Nov 2023, connected to Samsung TV with arc hdmi. No issues at all up until now. Came to watch TV this afternoon, LED on Beam 2 continuous flashing white, sound coming from TV speakers and not Beam 2. Went to Sonos app to troubleshoot, product not found in app.Tried multiple reboots of Beam 2 with and without sub mini plugged in, still get continuous white flashing LED.Era 100 working fine on same network. Tried ethernet cable reboot, no change, still get continuous flashing white LED on Beam 2. Any ideas? Many thanks, Rich

I’ve heard that you can connect up to THREE Sub (Gen)s to an Arc surround system.  Is that true? You definitely need two, which I have, if you want to hear the best out of your • Arc • Era 300 x 2 • Sub (Gen 3) x 2 • system.  It lowers the distortion of each sub by having two, and it sounds much better when you have one on each side of the room (left & right) having the port open and firing towards your ears.  I’ve tried it with just one, and yes it can get loud but the bass isn’t as tight as you have to raise the volume on it to levels that are just too high.  Plus, you won’t get your sub to get down to its stated 25Hz ability unless you have two of them.  You won’t believe how much better it sounds with two subs, regardless of volume. i have one on my right wall, and my second is placed up against my big dresser where my Arc is on (and it gives the Arc more bass as the dresser resonates slightly and it’s not flabby at all.  I would like a third one to place on my left walll.  Am

Hi All, I have recently dumped Sky for an updated router (Smart Hub2) plus booster WiFi Disc and EE TV Pro box. Sonos support helped me reboot all the sonos system 1x  Playbar, 2 x Play 1 and a subwoofer onto the new network and that works well for music. But.. for the life of me I cannot connect the sonos surround system to the EE Tv Pro box! The tv is on the same new network and the surround system works well when watching Netflix from the app on tv but the sound from all channels from EE box are in stereo and has a poor speech level. The only setting on the EE tv box relating to sound gives you an option to have “stereo” or “surround” but when surround is selected the speech level drops and still no surround sound in 5.1 is delivered. The TV (LG 2 yr old) is connected to Playbar using optical cable and the only connection options left on the EE box are; USB, Ariel in & out and  SPDIF sockets. The settings on the EE box mention connecting surround sound using a HDMI, but how? The

sonos ray wont connect to LG tv. ive been through diagnosics set up, but stumped each time it tries to find rv. cable in correct place, caps off , before anyone asks. not sure what else to do? The chat guy said in needed to phone . Is there another way to connect. even the tv bluetooth does recognise the speaker

Just bought my first Sonos product - a Ray for spare room TV.On first attempt to set it up I got quite far - the app picked up the Ray, went through a couple of stages and then said that the Ray needed to updated to the latest software version. It started doing that for 5-10 minutes then got to the end and said it failed to update and then there was no product at all showing in the app. The app then wouldn't pick up the Ray at all when I tried to add it again.I checked some help-sites and it was recommended to do a reset by holding down the back bluetooth button and re-plugging it in. Did this and the app picked up the Ray to set it up again. Got to the wifi connection stage and the Ray will not connect to the wifi at all. I have tried this half a dozen times now - I get a message after it tries to connect to wifi for 5 minutes saying the the Ray ‘may not be visible in your products’ and to unplug and retry. I do this and the app isnt in products and doesnt pick the Ray up at all. It o

While watching tv using my spectrum dvr box, both recorded and live shows, the sound goes away. It starts again after 1 to 3 seconds. If I rewind the show I’m watching the sound that was gone before is now there. Also, if I hold the volume up button the sound returns. I have not tried watching shows using only the tv speakers. It doesn’t happen frequently but it’s enough to be annoying. 

I just recently purchased a pre-owned sound bar and can't get it to link with my Existing sonos speakers. It keeps showing code 1002 which is an updating issue.   Can anyone explain what I need to do so I can add playbar to my account?

When can I add more speakers to my home Theater set up with no delay or error I got two era 300s I want a add another two with my beam gen 2 when can you add more surround sound this will be awesome make more people want Sonos 

My playbar has suddenly started skipping in and out. Nothing has been moved or changed but I have a new internet provider but the same router 

Been connected but changed pasawordon WiFi and not possible to connect again. Tried to use network cable and all. All though system seems to be working but cannot connect to the app. Not possible to play music through Sonos.  

Hello folks,I am in the market for a Sonos soundbar for our LG OLED TV (1 year old).However, I have read of voice & picture synch issues (delays) on this forum. Also with other TVs.Are TV & Sonos soundbar / speaker voice delay issues now resolved please? MTIA

When I want to connect the arc to my system with two era 100’s, the two of them connect very easily, but the arc won’t make a connecting sound to pair it. It gives a green light. The two era’s make the sound without a problem. The system is only a month old. I’ve done a reboot of all speakers but it doesn’t help. Can anyone help me with fixing my arc? Thanks! 

Hi -I am trying to add two Era 300s to an existing Arc which is already grouped with two One SLs and a Sub. Nothing I have tried has worked. I want audio to play from all of them when connected to a TV. I’ve tried adding them as a Group but that didn’t work. My TV’s audio will only play through the Arc, One SLs, and Sub, but not the Era 300s. 

I have a Sonos arc, era 100 surrounds, gen 3 sub and sub mini. The problem I’m having is that I can’t add the sub mini as second sub so just wondering if this is possible or not?

How do I play music on beam while the tv is turned off?

I have an 5 year old Sony Bravia, XBR-65X810C/55X810C TV.  I connected a new Sonos Beam 2 speaker to the HDMI arc port .  Now, every time I turn on the TV, the tv ‘re-boots’ itself.  This of course takes a minute to complete, then the tv turns on, and all seems normal.  Why the re-boot?

Subs will not register with system I have factory reset them still doesn’t work 

How do you control the volume on the 300 without raising the volume on the sound bar at the same time?

Hi, i just cant finish configure and get Dolby Atmos on my screen, i follow all the steps to configure in the app, I also activate Dolby Atmos on th Screen settings bc it wasnt on, and im trying to watch a movie and get Dolby atmos but it only says Dolby MAT 5.1, i dont know if my screen cant use atmos format or there is a step that im missing, if some one can help i would appreciated so much btw I have a samsung 55” qled 4k q65b 

Hi, i just bought a beam gen2 and it won’t update and show in the application.I can see when i want to configure it for the first time but after it connect to wifi they tell me code error 1101.And even after this it won’t show in the application.I need help. Thank you.
