switched from arc to arc ultra, but my sub 3 and Era 300s surrounds can't be found

I just swapped my arc for the arc ultra, but now can’t add any of the other speakers. When i look at the Sonos System info i see all the devices, however in the ‘Your system’ i can’t add them and no other devices are being found. How do i reset this??

If you unplugged the original Arc, you need to plug it back in and wait for it to show in the app.  Then you need to remove the Sub and surrounds from the Arc and add them to the Arc Ultra.
