I want an setup with AMP connected to my projector(HDMI arc), and then connect wireless to front speakers and back speakers( FIVE or ERA).
Is this possible, will there be an delay with the picture and sound?

The Amp is for use with wired speakers. It cannot be used stand alone to serve wireless speakers without introducing the delay Sonos need for grouping. You can use the Amp for (wired) fronts and use Fives or Eras for rears, because then you use the dedicated 5Ghz link that does not need a delay.
