Let's just call TrueCinema the Sonos version of vapor ware.
If you want me to buy the Arc Ultra, first deliver on existing promises.

Agreed. I bought the Ace when it first came out, even with the app issues and it being a 1st gen product. I am now feeling like a fool, and although I have nearly every product Sonos makes (Arc, era 300s, 100s, subs, play 5, 3, 1, playbar, etc) I am NOT spending more (Ultra would be my next purchase) until they deliver on TrueCinema - and start to list what all these firmware updates for the Ace are. 

C’mon, Sonos, do you want your headphones to succeed? You’re already working on a higher end headphone apparently. Maybe pause that, and actually deliver on your promises for the current one!
