One of my Sonos play ones was flashing green and when I reset it now it’s in another group and I can’t get my surroundsound in the same group. Now after screwing around with it, I can’t even get it to work like it used to with my TV and everything else, how do I Get it back to where it was without deleting everything.

Not sure if you are talking about a Play: 1 or Sonos One but either way, if the device was part of a Home Theatre setup then you need to select the sound bar and select Add surround.  Please don’t Factory Reset devices as it rarely fixes the issue, deletes any diagnostics, and if all devices are reset, you lose your entire system setup.  This is because this data is stored on each device.

A slow flashing green light means that the surrounds have been disabled within the Sonos App:

If this issue occurs again, please look at my article below, as this is the most common cause:

That absolutely was the remedy. I knew not to factory reset everything, that would have been a whole big can of worms.

These Systems take care of themselves for so long that when something needs to be troubleshot you’re starting all over about the devices!

Found a nice nice older bottle of cab And and knocked that back after it was fixed.
