Some time ago I started gettjng what I can only describe as a reverb sound coming from my Era100's connected to my Arc as surround sound pairs. It never happened when I had my previous One SL's as surround speakers. And I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that when I first set them up. I've powered down all 3 speakers (Arc and both Era100's) and it's still happening. Its almost to the point of being unlistenable Any way to fix it?

Hi I have issues with my Beam ARC. When trying to connect it says ARC not connected when the cable is actually connected. Sometimes when I turn off tv and on again it connects but the tv keeps forgetting the ARC. Other times it says some other device is interfering but no other device is in. Trying to connect here but it’s saying ARC cable is not in 

Can I easily switch between running the sub when I am playing music via the architectural speakers, but then use the same sub when watching TV and using the Arc soundbar? I don’t want the tv sound to play through the architectural speakers. Both the Arc and the architectural speakers are in one large great room with very high vaulted ceiling.

Hi guys.  on s1 and s2 especially after the latest update sound will cut off completely for a second for ages then play fine for about 3 mins and it starts again.  before it was exclusively on plex streaming but now it’s on all streaming channels on my sky tv. It’s now doing it on non streaming services like my sky Q.  I’ve done many troubleshooting but nothing works. I was saving up for some Era 300s and an arc but this is a complete mess atm.  any suggestions?

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before.Anyways, I have the Sonos Ray soundbar connected to my TV via the optical audio cable. My problem is if I am watching my Tv on my Freesat box via HDMI 1 port then switch over to my Amazon Firestick which is on HDMI 2 port the sound often does not transfer. I have to go through a nightmare of switching the TV inputs from one system to another until the Sonos Ray bar eventually picks it up. It can take upto 5 mins at times. Very frustrating. Thinking I should have bought a Bose as I also hate the Sonos controller app 😒Any Ideas what is wrong?Cheers.

I have purchased a second hand Sonos system.Soundbar+ 2 mini speakers on stands * a suborder.Im not the most tech savvy person.I just get them to pair  :((((

I am having a lot of inconsistencies with utilizing dobly atmos on my PS5. I have my Samsung TV set up with the PS5 connected to HDMI, arc soundbar connected to TV via eARC, and audio settings on the TV set to “pass through” (has PCM, auto, and pass through settings). On my PS5 it is updated and I have the audio settings as such: HDMI device AV amplifier - Channel 7.1 - audio priority Dolby Atmos.I have the Era 300s set up in a square room (high vaulted ceiling) approximately 6-10’ from listening position on sonos brand stands. They are facing the TV which sits on a cabinet only entertainment center with the ARC sitting in front. I have trueplay tuned the room both on the sonos app and with the PS5 controller through PS5 settings. When I look at my sonos app the only time I can get Dolby Atmos to play is the main menu music on the PS5. Hi there,I have several Sonos products on my network (ERA100, ERA300, ...). I purchased and set up a Sonos Beam Gen 2 about 2 months ago.  For a few days now, the white LED on the Sonos cover has been blinking and the device no longer appears in the Sonos application.The Sonos is not connected to the ISP's modem/router wifi. I have a mesh WIFI Orbi to which all my devices are connected. No changes have been made recently.I tried to recover it using the 'missing products' feature in the Sonos application. No luck. At the end of the search, the application tells me that it didn't find the device.I also tried resetting the Sonos Beam to factory defaults. I plugged in the power cord while holding down the 'join' button (from a few seconds to 1 minute). The LED never flashed orange (and therefore never turned green). In fact, the LED always flashed 'white' during operation.Conclusion: the Sonos Beam 2 does not appear in the Sonos application. The 'missing products' process in the applicatio

Bonjour , quand j’augmente le volume de télé , par ma télécommande LG, le volume ne s’affiche qu’avec + ou - , alors qu’avant il s’affichait en nombre , et ce n’est pas très agréable car on se sait pas toujours à quel volume on est ! Y’a t’il possibilité de revenir au mode d’affichage volume en nombre.? Merci 

Hi I own a beam 2 and I am getting 2 era 100. To configure them as a home theater if I understood correctly the steps are as follows: I connect the first speaker in the same room as the Beam 2 then I connect the second and then I go to the create surround option. But in the end do you have to do True play or not? At the moment done for the Beam 2. And do I have to set in ambient or full? I would use them both as a music listener and as a surround obviously for films. Thanks. Andrea

Good morning,I have a set up with my TV of a Playbar, Sub and two Play:1. This was connect to my LG tv via the optic cable and had no issues.However, the TV developed a fault and I had to get a new one. I decided to go fo a Hisense tv, it has all the connections I need. But the Playbar will now not work with the tv. I’ve tried every setting I can and even reset the playbar to configure again. It recognises its connected to the TV but thats as far as it goes. Someone has mentioned a convertor for the optic to e-arc. Is this a thing or am I missing something simple? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Cannot get the playbar to factory reset… have tried holding down the play/pause + volume-up buttons when applying power, and light only flashes white (does not turn orange or green).

Hi everyone, I am considering getting a Sonos AMP to work with my existing Beam (Gen 2) soundbar and would like to clarify my intended setup.Question 1: Is it possible to connect all of the following to the Sonos AMP?Beam (Gen 2) One passive subwoofer Two passive speakersIf not, is it possible to connect the Sonos AMP with the passive subwoofer and the Beam (Gen 2)?

 Turned on the TV this morning, no sound from Arc. Pressed TV on IOS app and got volume control but still no sound.  Diagnostics sent.  Would like IP:1400/reboot back.  Getting too old to do the hands ‘N’ knees unplug. Some time back this was a common occurrence.  Lately though it’s been better until today.

Hi everyone, First, let me introduce my setup.- Hisense C1 Projector- Apple TV 4K- Sonos Beam Gen 2 - Connected on the HDMI Arc with a 2.1 cable. Since 3 or 4 days i'm experienced some sound delay. Here my experiments : I try only the Projector with Beam, no problem.I try only the Projector’s built-in speaker and Apple TV, no problem.And the full setup Projector, Beam and Apple TV, sound delay close to 1sec after the image appears. I discovered through these 3 tests that only the 5.1 codec was a problem. No sound delay in Stereo or Atmos. (I didn’t try Beam in Airplay but this is not a solution). So i asking please some help cause i’m in a dead end. In case its help, the delay became after i try the Sonos Ace with Beam. Maybe the next 1 or 2 day. Since my tests i remove the Ace from my Beam.

Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with my Sony TV and soundbar setup. The soundbar occasionally stops producing sound when switching between different HDMI sources. Initially, it would only occur when switching from an HDMI source like my gaming console to a streaming app. The problem was temporarily fixed by toggling the TV's sound settings from HDMI to TV speakers and back. However, now the issue persists even when watching content directly from the TV’s internal apps. Sometimes, after an episode finishes, the sound doesn’t come back for the next one, and switching the sound source setting resolves it. I’m using HDMI ARC and passthrough, and have verified that all settings are correct. Despite following suggestions from both Sony and the soundbar manufacturer, including disabling various power-saving options, the issue remains unresolved. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Could it be related to HDMI handshake issues?

Sonos Arc soundbar connected to LG HDTV, in use for over two years.  Within the past two months, when I play Spotify via iPhone to the soundbar, TV comes on with still pictures portraying the music (artists, album covers), or some unrelated screen saver pictures.  Prior to ths, TV did not energize, music simply played through the sound bar using Spotify.  I am unaware of any change that I may have made.  Would someone please coach me through What to check?  TIA

Every one facing the same terrible customer service from the support center ? Waited 48 minutes to get connected and they said hello and could hear so many people talking in the background, then went on mute and dropped off the call in few seconds ! All that waiting is waste .. trying to call back and now waiting time is 40 minutes ..  my arc won’t connect to surrounds and subs .. tuning doesn’t work, diagnostics doesn’t work, literally most of the app doesn’t work..  been in this situation for months and finally thought of calling customer care and it’s so frustrating !  anyone got fix from customer support or just need to wait got app fix in next few years ?

I plan to mount my new Arc above a gas fire place without a mantle. Does anyone have experience with this? I realize that the mantle would help disipate heat. What is the distance reccomended between the Arc and the top of the fireplace?

Hi everyone, My Sonos investment is 2 X Play 5 gen 2, 4 X Era 100, 1 X Sub gen 2, 1 Beam (not sure gen 1 or 2) and one Move 1.Just moving into new place an looking to get some advice re. setting up for surround sound. TV will be wall mounted LG Oled 77” with Dobly Atmos. Room is 5.6m metres X 5.8 metres and good acoustics.Considering what I have already, what would be my best option? Am happy to utilise current Sonos gear elsewherea round the house if none of it is suitable.Can buy more gear if needed. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone, I just got gifted a Beolab 8 (Bang and Olufsen) and plan to buy a Sonos multirom system.I would liek to use the beolab 8 for the TV and connect it to the Sonos multi room system.I have two questions, please be kind my technical knowledge in sound system is limited : How do I connect the beolab 8 to Sonos ? From my understanding, to connect an other loudspeaker to the Sonos system I need to connect it to the Sonos port device using RCA cables. What I don’t manage to understand if this is the only right method and if beolab 8 has an RCA input (input or output I’m not sure what’s the right one) How do I connect the beolab to a TV ? I’m not sure but seems like I need to connect a beoconnect core device to the TV using HDMI ARC cable and then either connect beolab 8 to the beoconnect core with a cable or using wifi if the beoconnect core is connected to a wiza device.  Please connerct me if any of my statments is wrong. Have a nice day !
