how can I resolve this issue ? App tells me to finish the setup and when I click on it, it says not registered, when I start registration process I get this error.

 

That suggests some sort of blocking on your system, that is affecting the ability for the speaker (and ultimately the controller) reaching the Sonos servers. Describe your network setup, and if you’re running any port blocking systems, such as VPNs, virus protection, work profiles, or a pi-hole blocking system.

it might be as easy as just rebooting your router, but it might require a call to Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
