I had to reset my play bar because it wasn’t working and need help getting it back 

Which Sonos App were/are you using and is the PlayBar your one and only device?
Were the recent software updates applied to the soundbar?

Are you currently seeing the flashing green status LED, post factory reset?


Since you’ve reset it, you’ll need to set it up as if you’d just purchased it new. The PLAYBAR, being such old tech, doesn’t have a BLE receiver in it, so it might be easiest to wire it, at least temporarily, to your router with an Ethernet cable.
