No TV Involved at all. No HDMI, I have a Project CD player plugged into Sonos Amp. Thats all.The following remote controls the CD player using IR. When I go to train the AMP to use the volume control buttons it does not recognise the buttone presses (but it does recognise that it is an unrecognised remote to begin with  Does the SONOS amp not have the ability to register some IR codes?

i have an arc ultra with with an old subwoofer. Can I pair the old subwoofer with the sub gen 4 in my home theater?

I just got a new Insignia Fire TV and I cannot get the remote to connect to my Sonos Ray sound bar. I’ve connected the Ray to Fire TV remote before, so I don’t know why this won’t work. I haven’t gotten anywhere with support through Sonos or Insignia. 

When will the arc wall mount be back in stock on the website? I have a free Arc wall mount code that i want to use. Please help i don't want my code to expire.

I have an Arc Ultra, Sub 4 and Amp connected to ceiling speakers. What is the best way to connect The arc ultra and amp to each other? Wired or wireless? If wired, do you run an earc hdmi from tv to arc ultra and tv to amp? Then, is it better to group the arc/sub to amp or is it better to add the amp as surrounds in the same arc/sub group? Finally when I was exploring and started to add the amp as surrounds to the arc, I got a notification that doing so would stop the amp speakers from playing analog sound. What, if any, negative impact will that create? Thanks in advance.

I have a Sonos Arc, Subwoofer and Amp for my theater room (it already had built-in surround speakers thus the Amp).  Arc and Amp are both wired.I also have: Play5 Gen 2 (wireless)Play 5 gen 2 wiredOlder Amp (wired)Port (actually arrives tomorrow; could do wired or wireless)2 ERA 300s (obvs wireless)Various Sonos Ones, Play 1s and (all wireless)Play 3 (wireless, of course) I currently have Wireless disabled on all of the Sonos devices, so there should be no SonosNet running.Occasionally my Play 3 in my office will drop audio for a few seconds.  Kind of annoying.My Unifi network (of course) has two Access points and multiple SSIDs for various reasons.  One SSID is dual band, the other is 2.4ghz only.Would my Sonos devices on Wifi be better served if they were forced to the SSID that was 2.4ghz only?  I see some on the 2.45 and others on the 5ghz.  The Play 3 in the office

I just purchased an Arc Ultra, 1 Amp, and a Sub 4.  I also have a pair of in-ceiling 3rd party rear channel surrounds. Can I use the same Amp for the Sub 4 and the 3rd party rear channel surrounds?

Summary: I have an AMP paired with an Arc Ultra to power surround speakers, and I have cannot get them to be louder than whisper quiet without also affecting the side-firing speakers on the Arc Ultra itself. I purchased two Sonance IS8s to use as surround speakers in my living room.  I purchased an AMP to power them.  I recently purchased an Arc Ultra.  I set that up using WIFI, and then I paired the AMP to it (also over WIFI).  When I am watching Dolby content (5.1+ confirmed in the app), the surround speakers are whisper quiet.  I tried adjusting the “TV Volume” slider, but that increases the surround channels on the soundbar as well as the surround speakers.  I am not sure why the soundbar continues to duplicate the sound coming from the surround speakers, but it does.  So, though this slider does make the surround speakers louder, it makes the surround coming from the soundbar itself ridiculously loud.  I also attempted to solve it with Trueplay.  I did both the si

HiHad the Ray for about three weeks now and very often it ‘glitches’, almost split second cutouts when playing TV sound through it.  Paired with a Fire TV and Sky Stream. Playing just through the Ray, TV speakers turned off.  Anyone else had this? Really annoying.  Thanks

Noticing the amount of bandwidth my sonos beam is using. The unit is off and I have no live stream music is setup.   download 1.3gbps  upload   323. mbps

Last night, my Arc Ultra was playing content in Dolby 5.1. Tonight, it’s playing exact same content in Dolby multi channel 2.0. Haven’t changed anything. Audio is set to pass through. On other TV (Beam 2), playing same content as Arc TV, and content is in Dolby 5.1. What could be causing it?

Hi does anyone else had sound issues with there Sonos Era 300 Speakers where sometimes they are trying to catch up with what they are trying to produce. Sometimes they sound like they stutter then catch up.

Good day.  I’m currently installing a setup of a Sonos Arc Ultra under the main TV, with x2 ceiling speakers going back to a remote Sonos AMP.  Both have Ethernet on the same network. My question;If the Sonos Arc under the TV is connected via ethernet, does it matter where the Sonos Amp powering the ceiling speakers sits as long as it’s on the same network to create a Room/ Surround? I have an Arc Ultra connected to Tv Arc port. Works fine. In theory, I figure running an HDMI cable from the audio out of an Oppo bluray player directly to the Ultra should play audio but it does not. If I run it to an HDMI input on a A/V receiver, it does work. Why not on the Ultra?

I have a few movies rips that have an Atmos 5.1 eAC3 track and a 7.1 eAC3 track. I’m using Infuse on an Apple TV 4K. Samsung Frame 2024 and an Arc Ultra based setup.  When I choose the Atmos track everything works as intended. I see the logo in the SONOS app. But when I choose the 7.1 track, it gets « downgraded » to stereo PCM as shown in the app.  I’m wondering if it’s a bug? A configuration thing? An incompatibility? Anyw views? Thanks!

Hi, what do you recommend doing if the TV degrades or disrupts the Dolby Atmos signal due to poor eARC support? Is there an optimal solution to ensure the Sonos Arc receives the proper Atmos audio, such as using an HDMI splitter or another connection method, without needing to upgrade the TV?

Seems this is a common issue but cant seem to see a resolution. New LG TV, with Sonos Arc Ultra, whereby my Bluetooth headphones disconnect after a few seconds. The Arc keeps taking the audio then my bluetooth loses connection.i have tried to switch off Simplink but after a few seconds Simplink automatically switches back on.Does anyone have any ideas how I can use Bluetooth and stop Sonos automatically connecting?

From iPad app; note Kitchen and Music Room are faint, but still show volume.I have a variety of speakers in my HT system that have worked for years. Lately a few speakers show up, looking faint, but still selected, and still showing volume, even though they are not making any sound. Have tried basic things like powering off, inplugging, checking network selection. I’m hoping someone else has seen and solved this.

Disappointed to find that Sonos Mag 6.1 has no Bluetooth connectivity. In the age of advanced audio electronics it is difficult to imagine a high end audio streaming device that doesn’t have Bluetooth connectivity. I spent over 12 hours installing this system around my customers pool. Now we will be removing it and reinstalling a system with this most basic feature. Very disappointed in Sonos. There should be a large highly visible warning on this system stating that it is not Bluetooth compatible. Huge waste of time. 

Howdy guys im curious if there is a way to get equal audio from both SL's and the Arc Like for instance typical home theater receiver has an "All Channel Surround" where all speakers produce the same audio im looking for that , i love the speakers but the way the surrounds disperse audio drives me crazy. If i could get them all to play full audio for things that dont need surround sound that would be awesome.  Any help would be greatly appreciatedThank ya 

Just bought an Arc soundbar and hooked up to my Sony tv. I’m on the Sonos app and next to the TV it says Stereo pcm. This bar doesn’t seem to have much base or great sound the way I know Sonos speakers can have. I am in the Earc hdmi source just looking for advise or should I return this product. Thanks Guys

My Sonos Arc Utra disconects after 10 minutes from my Hisense 100U70N TV and switches back to the TV speakers. Does anyone have a solution for this? I have talked to tech support for both companies with no success.
