Hallo,ich habe mir im letzten Jahr eine Beam 2 gekauft. Seit einiger Zeit ist die Statusleuchte und der Touchscreen ohne Funktion. In der App ist aber beides eingeschaltet. Bis auf diese beiden Mängel funktioniert die Beam einwandfrei.Hat vielleicht einer das gleiche Problem oder kann weiter helfen?Danke im Voraus.Gruß Stephan  Moderator edit:Google Translate- Hello,I bought a Beam 2 last year. I have a Beam gen2, 2 symfonisk bookshelf and 2 somfonisk picture frame that I wanna use for surround, but I can only add either the bookshelf or picture frame speakers - not all together  Any ideas on how to configure all into the surround setup ?

I keep "loosing" my Arc Ultra that has 2 x Symfonisk and a Sub Mini that make the surround sound. I have rebooted the WIFI and it sometimes kicks in. I have disconnected them and connected at least 3 times and getting tired of it. Any ideas on getting in more stable or just an on going work at Sonos?  

This might be a feature request that would improve usability of the Sonos system. When you have grouped some Sonos speakers and the TV is in this group I would like to adjust the volume of the group using the TV remote including muting. Scenario is when a phone call comes in or similar case when you need to mute or adjust volume level instantly.Technically this should be feasible because right now the TV remote controls all 5.1 speakers through HDMI ARC. And the Sonos system knows which speakers are grouped together. Volume adjustment when using the remote should be the same when adjusting the group volume bar in the App. Of course this feature should be optional managed in settings.  

Looking to add a SubMini to my current Playbar and Paly1 setup on my tv. Will the SubMini connect? I do not see the Playbar listed only the Beam. Thx!

Hello, I installed my Sonos Beam soundbar and paired it with two Sonos One SL speakers. They work well together. The Beam soundbar is connected to the HDMI Arc port. Unfortunately, when I turn on my TV, my system doesn't always connect automatically to the TV and the sound comes directly from the TV. I have to go through the app each time and reconfigure the TV in the system options. TV: Philips UHD 50PUS7906/12 Is this issue known and is there a solution?Thanks in advance.  

So I’ve had my Sonos arc ultra for a little over a week now and I’ve enjoyed it, but when trying to watch tv now it’s just not recognizing the hdmi arc anymore. It just shows tv hdmi on the app and the power is working but it’s not getting recognized at all. Really frustrating 

Hi all,I took the plunge 2 months ago and upgraded from Arc, Sub Gen 3 & 2xOne to Ultra, dual sub with Sub Gen 4 & 3, 2 x Era 300's. Absolutely loved it.In the last 48 hours though, I noticed Sub Gen 3 had dropped off and showed as 'Not Connected' in the app. I could not get it back into this set up or any other set up, seemed bricked but white status light still steady.I performed multiple hard resets on all the speakers (was not hitchless as both subs decided to not reveal the pin via NFC when setting back up, which definitely did work before) and even moved the problem sub away from the router (was extremely close before).Still had issues and ultimately resulted in the same result. I then reset the router and performed all of the above again. Still no joy.24 hours later, the sub 3 appeared as Connected so I went ahead and added back to the Arc Ultra. Even performed Trueplay (auto not advanced), was good for about 15 minutes and then it dropped off again, unable to rejoin.I'v

Hi there. New to Sonos and loving the Sonos Arc + Sub mini combo I have for my living room.I've recently bought two Era 100s to eventually act as rear surrounds when I move to a new place. Using them as a stereo pair in the office for now.I've noticed that adding the two speakers in the Sonos app appears to create a new system to join them to, rather than adding them to my existing one that has the Arc+Sub Mini. I've reset the Eras multiple times and readded but it keeps creating a new system. I understand this should add them to the existing system and I can have multiple rooms if i want?The Arc is wired into my LAN, and the Era 100s are joined to the WiFi SSD of the same VLAN (Unifi Dream Machine). Could the Arc being wired be causing issues joining the Eras?

After an update about two weeks ago the sound bar dropped off my Sonos One’s.  I have called support four times, spent a total of 6 hours on the phone and still nothing.  The Sonos update screwed something up.  

Hi! I have an Arc with Sub (Gen 3). I’d like to buy Era 100 as rear surround, but I can’t position them vertically at ear height. Can I position them orizzontally about 15 inches below the ears?Of course, TV & ARC are in front of me!Thank you

My TV has a Beam, sub and two SL speakers that form my living room surround set.  The two SL’s have just decided to disconnect with no changes to WiFi settings, router, or anything. Yet again I find this system so unreliable and frustrating. I’ve tried rebooting. No luck. Help. (Also, I don’t want to hear “move it closer to the router” nonsense! The router is 2 metres away!!) 

Has anyone noticed that the Sonos Arc Ultra in White has a slightly duller shade of white than the Sonos Arc in white … or is it just my eyes that are deceiving me haha?  I had the original arc in white, then upgraded to the arc ultra, and placed it in the same location, but to me eyes seems less bright white than the OG arc. I wonder if someone can confirm if there is in fact meant to be a shade difference (maybe as the ‘grill’ may be closer to speaker elements as it’s more compact in thickness) or is it just my eyes playing tricks haha  Thanks! 

Dear support team, I'like to use Sonos arc ultra together with a projector.Can I fix the Sonos ultra above the screen of the projector ? The bar would be pretty close from the ceiling (around 5 cm). Thanks and regardsNicolas

Hi, I have purchased a TCL Android tv. I tried connecting it with my Sonos beam using both eARC and optical cable. But no output is received. I tried many solutions suggested in other threads playing with the settings, but it just doesn't work. Any suggestions please? Has anyone else faced this issue?

Hi, I have a question about the Sonos App (on Android).I’ve hooked up my LG OLED48CX6LB TV to a new Beam Gen 2 Sound Bar via HDMI. I’ve configured all the settings correctly. When I play a Dolby ATMOS test video from Youtube (on the TV) and look at the “whats playing” section of the App, I can see the audio formats change depending on what I’m watching. My question is when I play a Dolby Atmos test video, it says Dolby Multichannel PCM 2.0, is this correct or should it display the Dolby Atmos logo and say Dolby ATMOS?Thanks

ARC/ERA300 Does Sono is planning to add the option in their app to easily switch from atmos to stereo, vice versa? Being audiophile, I really enjoy the era 300 power. The only show stopper to buy the arc ultra is disabeling the front driver of the era 300 when set in surround mode With arc ultra So, when I listen music I would be like to fully able the era 300 But it seems setting up almos then desetting it and setting stereo seem studious  Does Sono is planning to add the option to easily switch from atmos to stereo, vice versa?

I have several clients that want to have surround play the sound bar volume. Currently we have to group these speakers and adjust the volume on the app we would love to group these speakers to the sound bar and they adjust the volume up or down with the sound bar based on the TV remote. 

I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro Max and a Sonos Beam Gen2. The connection is experiencing frequent disconnection. Are there any settings I need to adjust or is there an issue with the Sonos Beam? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Helloi used to have my playbar connected and everything was going great. Connected to tv and playing music via Spotify until one day it does not show up on Spotify app. tried everything and decided to reset to factory setting. Now the Sonos app does not identify my bar. I connected with ethernet cable the bar and router and nothing.  Contacted Sonos support and live chat with a guy who tells me that the problem is my phone setting with allow access to microphone. Asked me to go to setting, privacy, microphone and toggle the Sonos app. The problem is the Sonos app does not appear. Same issue on other devices. Live chat guy sent me a link how to set a bar and got disconnected. Nice support. so here I am asking the community. my playbar still has its green light flashing and still plugged with ethernet cable. I reset modem, router etc. Still nothing. Becoming desperate and close to give up. 

A Beam Gen 2 and 2 Era’s for surrounds.  Doesn’t matter what content you’re watching, as soon as background music stops playing, the voices are much more quiet.  The only solution I’ve been able to come up with is to pause the video playing for a second or two them resume playback.  All of a sudden everything is back to normal.  I already use voice enhancement to make it louder and have night sounds turned off.  I believe this to be a software issue.  What do you think?

If I am posting a new topic when I could have done so in an existing one, I apologize, but there didn’t seem to be an option to post a new thread in an existing topic.My wife purchased an Arc Ultra, Gen 4 Sub and 2 Era 300 speakers for home theater.We are in the middle of a remodel, and from what I have read, we have made some decisions (irreversible) that are NOT optimal for our home theater setup, so I’m asking here in the hopes of salvaging what we can (yeah, I know it’s still going to be incredible, but dammmmm).(1) The TV will be above a fireplace, so about 5’ off the ground and the Arc will go between the mantle and the bottom of the TV(2) room dims are roughly 20’X18’ BUT we vaulted the ceiling, so it’s 8’ at TV wall and 8’ at the back wall but center of room above our couch will be about 13’.(3) looks like sub will go in a cabinet behind the couch in a window seat.This means the arc will be maybe 5’ off the floor and mayb e 2.5’ above our heads and maybe 10’ in front of us. Que

Just after people’s thoughts on the above topic, now that Pinewood is dead in the water. I have a Beam 2 with Sub Mini and Era 100 Rear Surrounds, with a spare pair of E100. Just watched a vid on YouTube by neverenoughtech showing Sonoseqencr adding Fronts to a soundbar, sure enough, they pop up as fronts in S2, they also seem to disable L/R on the Beam. It seems to be a future feature not developed yet, can’t help feel it will be written out on a future update, now that pinewoood has gone ?. Does anyone have any views on this feature.look forward to comments !
