Choosing Source: TV vs. Sonos Music

In our Family Room, I have an Arc, a Sub, and an Amp (connected to two Yamahas) to complete a surround sound system. When having guest over, I often want to have music play throughout the house, including in the Family Room, but have the TV (muted) playing a sporting event. On a few occasions I’ve lucked into this setup. But I’d like to know the proper way to make this happen when I need to.

So, this is one of those occasions when I’ve lucked into this setup. I’m thankful (especially with today be what it is) for your reply, but I’m currently watching the Detroit vs. Dallas game and listening to Musicmatch’s Thanksgiving Dinner Playlist throughout the house, including in the Family Room where the large TV is displaying this game. How do I make this happen again? Without lucking into it.
